When the village officials want to be villagers first, they must not learn from the common sense of agriculture . Second, sum up experience, make plans, continue to do all kinds of daily work

At present, I am working on establishing a party member information file in Tuanshan Village in order to update the development of the organization in a timely manner. Establish an electronic household registration book to facilitate daily management and inquiry, facilitate account management, and improve office efficiency and office quality. It is planned to improve the work of the villagers' letter service to facilitate the villagers to find out and avoid the loss of letters. Thanks to the support of the cadres of the two village committees, the project has also begun, and new mail racks have been installed. Planned fertility work has always been the focus and difficulty of rural work. Tuanshan Village has a large population and a wide distribution. Third, cultural guidance, people-oriented, spiritual civilization construction

The rectification of village appearance can improve the living environment in rural areas and help to change the health habits in rural areas . As a village official, what we can do is to care about the life and study of the left-behind children in the village, so that their parents can work hard for a better life. On the weekends, I can teach and teach homework to the children of the small and medium-sized countries, and give the children of the country a new English enlightenment class. Increase efforts to fight poverty and strengthen the work, use more brains and more errands, help labor farmers to project, and condolence the five-guarantee households and low-income farmers, and strive to make the village's humanistic environment more harmonious.

This week, the first farmer's bookstore in my village will be open for listing and put into use. At that time, nearly XX books of various books in the peasant bookstore will be opened and opened, and equipped with a complete set of tables and chairs, which will provide a convenient learning environment for farmers. After the completion of the peasant bookstore, farmers' friends will be able to understand the common sense of life, science and technology education, market information, craft weaving and other aspects of knowledge during the slack season, so that farmers can use their knowledge to arm their minds, give full play to their technological advantages, and embark on the road to prosperity.
