Village official personal work plan

According to the arrangement of the leaders of the Tiger Jump Town, I decided to serve as the assistant director of Donggou Village. Now I plan the following plans according to the actual work:

First, actively change the role consciousness. I have just entered the rural grassroots level and I am certainly unfamiliar in many aspects. I hope that I can actively change my mindset, take root and serve the grassroots. Actively learn from the town and village leaders, use their work experience to arm themselves and improve their working ability.

Second, the village committee will be held regularly to actively discuss the economic development plan. From time to time, meetings of village and social cadres will be held, and the policy of benefiting farmers at the higher levels will be actively promoted to enhance ideological awareness, learn more, study more, and visit more.

Third, strive to build a harmonious and stable demonstration village.

Fourth, do diligent visits and diligent investigations. Take the community to understand the farmers' views and opinions on our current work, and have any difficulties. We will actively report these ideas to the town and village leaders to provide a real reference for the leadership decision-making.

5. Actively introduce rich projects to increase the income of villagers. Through the cultural knowledge that I have learned, multi-channel, multi-faceted introduction of the roads and projects to get rich, vigorously develop the characteristic industries of the village, and make the industry bigger and stronger.

In view of the above problems, many aspects are still not perfect, and I hope that the leaders in the town will gradually improve.
