However, the centralized collection and treatment of rural garbage is an important topic in the current construction of new countryside , and it is a historic revolution in the way farmers change their way of life. At present, we have encountered the following four main problems:

Third, vigorously implement the “three strong projects” of agricultural characteristic industries.
