First, the calculation method of piece rate:
1. Business acceptance of remuneration: handling new equipment, moving machines, opening value-added services, setting up new business for program control, transfer, and renumbering business, each remuneration is 2 yuan.
2. Line maintenance fee: 0.6 yuan per month for each user line.
3, equipment generation maintenance fee: each unattended optical contact issued a maintenance fee of 100 yuan.

Second, kpi main assessment indicators
1. Business income accounts for 30%;
2. Marketing costs account for 5%;
3. Maintenance costs account for 5%;

5. The arrears rate accounts for 30%.

Third, the formula for the calculation of the remuneration package:
