Speaking of this, I can't help but think of the beginning of the semester, when I just became the head of the association, there are only fifteen people in the community, and there are only two people with art foundations. The community has just started, there is no foundation, and there is no propaganda work. After studying for two weeks in accordance with the social work plan, the members of the society have gradually increased. Most of them have been introduced by existing members. At the same time, some problems have gradually surfaced. Some members are too sloppy, late for class, lack of time. Concept and discipline. In response to this, I set up a discipline inspection team, which is responsible for the discipline of the association. In the following week, together with the discipline inspection team leader Ding Quanzhen, the rules and regulations of the association were formulated. Of course, there are also retreats for members of the community. I analyzed the reasons for the members to retired. They can be divided into two categories. First, although they like art, they are not adapted to the way of studying art and lack patience. Second, they cannot adapt to the society. Management methods, such as speaking Mandarin in the community, must not be late to leave early. Around the end of March, the first activity of the association was ushered in - the work of the window display of the Youth League-related reporters on the theme of "The Days Related to Youth", for which I set up a publicity group and activity group. After studying for a month, the original paintings, pencils and other materials of the society have been used up. These consumables can only be solved by ourselves. For this reason, I have set up a finance team to collect materials and purchase and save painting materials. The learning and management of the community has gradually entered the right track.
In order to make more people have a good art foundation as soon as possible, I and the four team leaders and several members who have a good learning progress, with the help of our instructor, Mr. Zhang, used more spare time to make up the class. This not only makes our painting level improve rapidly, but also forms a community teaching mode of learning and teaching, thus solving the teaching problems of the community. But there is a problem that has been bothering us, or it is plaguing the entire community - the studio problem. Our studio is a computer room in the training building 502. It is also a classroom for teachers to study art. First, the computer room is full of computers, the available space is small, more than 30 people, it has become crowded, which is one of the reasons why we have not recruited members for the whole school; Second, sharing the studio with other classes, making us The material safety is not guaranteed, and often the painted works are destroyed and some painting items are missing. Third, the door locks of the studio are often destroyed. After we fix it, it will be bad in two days. It can be said that our learning environment is still not good enough, but no one complains, and no one has withdrawn from the community for these reasons. We are growing rapidly in this environment.
In mid-May, we saw the opportunity. The 06th graduates have left school. The school has some spare classrooms. We apply to the group committee teacher Sun Dasun. After approval, we can temporarily use the main building 507, 508 two classrooms as temporary. The studio has been a problem that has been bothering us. We made two house numbers, 507 is the “Arts Painting Room” and 508 is the “Arts Interior Design Studio”. Taking this opportunity, our community recruited members for the first time and achieved good response. The students who signed up for the club reached more than 120 people on the first night. After the interview, the club has absorbed more than 70 students. Now we have 92 members in our community, and there are always students who are willing to join our community. After the interview, we will choose the best. I hope that in the next semester we will continue to have our own studio, huh, huh, please ask the teachers of the Communist Youth League to help!

First, due to the recent recruitment of a large number of new members, the overall cohesiveness of the association is not enough. Second, a large number of members have no artistic foundation and lack self-learning ability. Third, some members of the community have a weak sense of collective knowledge and discipline. ......
The above points will be the focus of our work for the next semester. My main confusion is, am I too strict with the members of the community and the requirements of several team leaders? Am I biased in their ability positioning, expectations, etc? After thinking, I think that these are inevitable. If you don't follow the rules, you can't make a difference and enjoy your rights.
