With a flick of a finger, the year slipped away like a white pass. As a party member teacher, I am conscientious, do my duty, and do a good job in education and teaching, so that I can always stand in the forefront of the peers and play a leading role in the model of a Communist Party.

In terms of thought, I continued to study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and seriously and comprehensively studied the important thoughts and new party constitutions of "xxxx". I have improved my political and ideological level and strengthened my faith in communism. Only by strengthening the conviction of communism and bearing in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, can we maintain the purity and advancement of communism that a Communist Party member should have in the current good situation.

In the work, actively cooperate with the arrangements of the school leaders, obey the distribution, and continue to bear the burden of the third-year language teaching. Originally asked me to bring a regular class, one fast class, but the original three classes of Chinese teachers can not adapt to the high pace of fast class due to poor health and age, I hope to exchange a class with me, I have nothing to say. Said, and bravely accepted this burden. During the one-year preparation period of the senior high school entrance examination, I quickly found out the problems in the students' language learning and carried out a series of targeted intensive training. For example, correcting the habit of writing scribbles, strengthening the roots of classical Chinese, guiding writing skills, cultivating language sense, and improving interest in language learning. I also teach people according to the different characteristics of the students, do not give up any one student, and treat everyone equally. In the later moments of preparation for the war, the student's papers, regardless of the poor students, I would rather give up my limited rest time, insist on personally reviewing, and never sloppy. This approach has earned me the respect of my students and the recognition of my peers. Now that the senior high school entrance examination has just ended, although the results are still unknown, I am confident that my language subject will never be a hindrance to the student's further studies.

Due to the temporary takeover, I did not bring the class teacher this year, but this did not affect my ideological education work for students. In the classroom, I will carry out ideal education and self-cultivation education in a timely and subtle manner according to the text content, so that students can learn both knowledge and learn to be a person. After class, I use my spare time to talk with the students, understand the family situation of the students, and find out The dynamics of the students' thinking. Because I understand that being a teacher is not just a passer of knowledge, but a guide to life.

With my peers, I am modest, cautious and candid. In teaching work, competition between peers is indispensable. My principle is to conduct under fair conditions. When I have some valuable information at hand, I will share it with my peers without hesitation; I will also share my harvest in teaching with everyone. In my heart, I have "everyone" and no "small family", because only everyone's common progress is the real progress.

In my personal business, I strengthen self-learning and take the task of assigning schools. In April of this year, the District Education Bureau held the "National Chinese Youth Young Teacher Mandarin Classic Poetry Reading Competition". In my age, I could not participate in such activities. However, because the school did not enter people for many years and lacked young teachers, the leaders asked me to participate. For the honor of the school, I am happy and have won the second prize.

In short, I always remember that I am a Communist Party member. A glorious party member teacher should be at the forefront. I am not afraid of suffering, not afraid of losing money, not asking for it, doing my job well, and playing a leading role.
