In the past year, I have been able to focus on my career and to take the interests of the party above everything else. In the class work, I am responsible for everything. The career of preschool teachers is trivial and small. In the work of the education, I strive to start from every little thing, patient and meticulous. Usually, I try to let the children do their own things and encourage them. In education and teaching, I seriously studied the new "Outline", thoroughly read new teaching materials, actively explored teaching ideas, and applied some advanced teaching theories, scientific teaching methods and advanced modern teaching methods to classroom teaching, and strived to train more children. The ability to collect information, explore independently, and explore. In teaching, I use the different personalities and interests of children to explore their shining points and adopt different educational methods. I strive to respect each child, formulate teaching plans according to the actual situation of the class, and prepare lessons carefully. I try to make every child have a chance to speak.
