From May 20th, three groups were selected. Cadres go to the grassroots units to carry out their work. For this time, our hearts are full of expectation and joy, and more importantly, we cherish such a rare learning opportunity. The new work environment is challenging and exciting. What I have harvested is gratification and satisfaction. It also gives us more motivation for future work. In the next line of work, we feel that we are busy and meaningful, and we have gained a lot of new knowledge that we could not reach before. We always feel that any job is the same, and we all need to treat it with a peaceful attitude. Do everything with a high degree of serious and responsible enthusiasm. Every place is fertile ground for growth. The job-raising exercise was originally a good opportunity for you to go deep into the scene and fully understand yourself. We feel that we are lucky. The only thing to do with the opportunity is to seize it. We must stick to our positions, do our own work, exercise ourselves in ordinary jobs, and improve our self-quality.
However, the system of cadre cadres has gradually revealed some drawbacks in practice, which has led to the distortion of the system of appointment.
I. Problems existing in the current work of the cadres of the regiments For the employers, they do not understand the purpose and significance of the posts, and the advantages and disadvantages of not being able to find jobs. There is no clear direction and the key points and difficulties cannot be grasped. The cadre of the regiment acts as an inconspicuous spectator or supporting role, or has no name, or has no right to serve. Leading the cadres of the cadres on the road to pioneering and innovating on the road to look forward to the future.

Reasons for the problems in the work of the cadres in the cadres The analysis of the enthusiasm of the cadres is not in place, the attitude of work is not correct, the goal of struggle is not clear, and the values ​​are not clear. Cultivate their subjective initiative and exercise their ability to make big decisions, discuss major issues, deal with complex issues and harness the giant situation. Providing a good working environment makes them work hard. The person in charge should be correct and cherish the opportunity. Before you leave the job, you should examine yourself, identify weak links, and exercise consciously. In the post, you should go deep into the actual situation, investigate and study, fully enter the role, communicate with the leaders of the unit, report and exchange, learn from colleagues, and feedback your situation and experience to the group company committee and the mining party committee in a timely manner, and maintain frequent contact. The staff of the post can serve as the link between the mining party committee and the unit, and promote mutual benefit and win-win for the development of the enterprise and the growth of the cadres.
