Year-end work summary of the association

This semester, under the leadership of the Youth League Committee of our school, with the care and support of the leaders at all levels, with the strong support of the Student Union and the Youth League Committee. Our community officers earnestly implement the guidelines of “management, service, coordination and supervision”. Under the guidance of the purpose of “enriching the campus culture and displaying the style of the community”, all the officers are centered on the association and are united together to create a vibrant life of the community with a stance and unremitting efforts. The thriving prosperity of the scene constantly creates a new situation in the work of our society.
First, the overall evaluation:
1. The estimation of the associations of our sports academies is constantly expanding, and the number of officers in various societies is increasing. E.g.

4. Although there are few club officers in our society, each of the officers has not retreated in the face of difficulties. Instead, they have united and cooperated to overcome the difficulties and thus enrich the society.
Second, the shortcomings:
1. Due to the small number of members of the community, communication with various communities is too small.
2. There are fewer contacts with other clubs, and they do not meet the culture of our community and are familiar with other club cultures. Lead to a single culture of the community.
In the next issue, we will continue to improve under the leadership of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, and constantly improve ourselves and innovate.
This semester is a bumper harvest, but it is also challenging. We will continue to summarize the experience and explore a better management method for the community.
Looking back on the past, we are working hard to grow and look forward to tomorrow, we are full of pride! I believe that under the leadership of the members of the delegation and the constant struggle of the cadres of the society, the associations of our college will fly like a scorpion!
