Summary of the recruitment work of the Association of Advertising Associations in 2019


As the second classroom for school students, the school community is a platform for students to adapt to semi-social university life. It is a stage for students to develop their potential, cultivate interest and show themselves, and is also a carrier for enriching campus culture. The joint recruitment activities organized by the association management center are aimed at adding new vitality to the associations and injecting new blood. With the support and assistance of the community management center, the associations will conduct new activities on October 31 and November 1 in the dormitory area, between the two buildings, and in front of the cafeteria. Posters, event slogans, event pictures, etc. were posted at the recruiting sites, and club flyers were distributed to help new students better understand the community. The community management center also provided a small stage for the associations to serve. In the event of talent show, association introduction, etc., the responsible personnel at the new event site patiently explained the nature of the club, the activities, and the meaning of participating in the community for the new students. The new students participated actively and the atmosphere was lively. In this recruitment activity, our association has absorbed 110 new members in the spirit of “not seeking more and more”.
This recruitment activity is generally relatively satisfactory. First of all: the pre-publicity work is relatively in place, so that many new students have a certain understanding of the advertising association, which makes this new recruiting activity go smoothly. Secondly, in the recruiting activities, most of the members are responsible and close, which reflects the cohesiveness of our community. Once again, unified clothing makes the advertising associations more distinct, different from other associations, and the association recruits new staff to wear uniforms. It is also a kind of propaganda for the associations. This can be carried forward. Although there are advantages, we have also found deficiencies. First: Insufficient preparation, mainly reflected in the unprepared posters for recruiting new posters, and the lack of new on-site flyers. Second: Although the propaganda is large, the regionalization is more obvious, resulting in a situation of more boys and girls, which makes the proportion of male and female members of the new members out of balance. Third: the division of labor is not clear enough, the order of the scene is a bit confusing, but after adjustment, the order has improved. Fourth: There is a shortage of talents for painting, writing brush and art design in the community.
This new recruiting event successfully came to a close and accumulated experience for us. In the future community activities, we must pay attention to the work of propaganda and preparation, clearly define the division of labor, and improve the ability to do things. At the same time, members help each other in the process of recruiting new members, enhancing the feelings among members and improving the cohesiveness of the community. The associations have helped each other and promoted the friendly relations between the various associations. Of course, the success of this new promotion is inseparable from the support and help of schools, teachers, youth league committees and community management centers.
The recruitment end, followed by the launch of a series of activities of the association, each member must be fully prepared. The president-level cadre should take the lead in leading the work, coordinate the internal work, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the new members and continuously cultivate their working ability, so that all members can fully participate in the activities of the association and make the future activities better.
