Personal summary of college students' party class
Today, I ushered in the second party class. Although I am not as excited as I was studying for the first time, I still hope to gain something.
The party class in the morning was lectured by the xx teacher of the School of Engineering. The theme was “How do college students create conditions to join the party”. He is quite comprehensive in terms of procedural, ideological, and action-oriented introductions to the preparations that college students must make to join the party. Among them, what I feel most is that he said that the process of college students joining the party is actually a process of trying to make themselves better. This reminds me of my own changes since I learned to be an activist. When I submitted my application for membership in the freshman year, I have not been able to become an activist. Although I have tried to do better in all aspects, the change is slow. In my junior year, my efforts have finally been recognized by my classmates. As a party activist, I suddenly felt that I have to shoulder more responsibilities and not humiliate the identity of activists. This has also become an infinite driving force for me to advance: I have to be stricter in my studies and expand my own field of vision. In life, pay more attention to his behavior and behavior, at least not to undermine the image of the party; in his ideology, he strives to improve his consciousness and deepen his understanding and understanding of the party.
In the afternoon, the party class talked about the party's organizational principles and disciplines, as well as the party members' obligations and powers. When I learned that Teacher Chen had just returned from overseas business and had come to give us a lecture without rest, I have a deep respect for him. This is a vivid manifestation of the responsibility of the Communist Party members. In the past, I did not understand the organizational principle of the "democratic centralism" party. I always thought that democracy and concentration were contradictory, and Teacher Chen’s lecture solved my doubts. The combination of "concentration on the basis of democracy and democracy under the guidance of concentration" is the specific requirement of democratic centralism. If there is no democracy, power will be used by a few people, and it will easily breed autocratic corruption. If there is no concentration, it will affect efficiency, fail to form good decisions, and unfavorable work. After Teacher Chen’s explanation, I have a new and correct understanding of democratic centralism. In addition, Teacher Chen also talked about the powers and obligations of party members who are more concerned about. I am particularly impressed by the relationship between power and obligation: party members should give priority to fulfilling their obligations, and under normal circumstances, the exercise of power is to fulfill the obligation, which is determined by the party’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.
Through a one-day party study, I have a deeper understanding of the party and exposed some aspects of my needs for improvement. However, I believe that with the study of the party class and my own efforts, I will continue to make progress and be a leader in all aspects. Excellent party activists.
