1. Strengthen leadership over trade union work. Give play to the role of the trade union as a bridge and link between the party and the faculty and staff, further improve the school faculty congress system, and ensure the faculty and staff participate in the school's democratic management, democratic supervision, and the right to know and participate in the school's major decisions. The first faculty representative and trade union congress was held in the third session, and the general election was held. Organized teachers to carry out cultural and sports activities, held the first teachers' song competitions, badminton tournaments, etc. During the "March 8" period, women's faculty and summer teachers were organized to visit and inspect, which expanded the horizons of faculty and staff and increased their knowledge.

2. Strengthen leadership over the work of the Communist Youth League. Do a good job in the election of the Youth League Committee, the establishment of the Young League, and carry out a series of team activities that are conducive to improving quality and characteristics. Actively guide the moral education department, the Youth League Committee, and the Art Group to widely mobilize students to carry out cultural and sports activities, and continuously improve the internal vitality of the school. The leadership of the Youth League Committee will conscientiously do a good job in the development of the League members. In the first two years of this year, in the first three years, the development of two members of the group consisted of 466 people, and in the first-year junior squadron, the "pushing into the group" work was carried out. Give full play to the leading role of team cadres, guide young teachers to love their posts, dedication to education, and actively move closer to the party organizations. 4. Strengthen the construction of campus culture. Continue to organize interest group activities, “five gardens” activities, and provide special activities for love, to further beautify the campus environment and promote the construction of campus culture. 5. Extensively develop civilized campus activities. In short, in the past year, the Party branch of our school has played a political core role in the work of the school center and achieved certain results, but there are also some weak links, such as how to deepen theoretical research and how to further strengthen the ideological and political work of teachers and students in the new era.
