Student Union General Branch 2019

In a twinkling of an eye, another semester is coming to an end, and my general branch work is about to come to an end. Looking back at the work and activities of this semester, I feel a lot. This is a short semester with a very short life but a very short life, but the work and activities are not cut, so many things require us to finish efficiently in a short time, which requires us to pay more. Efforts and, more importantly, require us to work on the correct way of working. Although I have been working in the general branch of the Student Union for nearly a year, when the burden of the student club and the activities of the students fell on me, I found that I was short of defects in many aspects. In the last semester's work, many of my work was done with the help of the last student union's seniors. More often I just assisted them in their work, but in the face of the new student union, almost everyone It is the first time to bear some heavy burdens. There will be many confusions and confusions in the work. Our team is working and working together in various activities. This is a transition period that a team must face when it is newly formed. What we have to do is to continuously learn and improve to minimize this transition period. During this transition period, our work has encountered many setbacks and many detours, but we will continue to learn and change. All the work went smoothly and completed satisfactorily, and achieved certain results.
The work and activities are summarized as follows:
1. The sports meeting at the beginning of this semester is the first activity jointly completed since the establishment of the new student union. The training time of this sports meeting is very short, but for a strong sports department like us, we have the confidence to train good results in a short period of time from the beginning. We invited five specially responsible sports students to be coaches. A group of athletes with good physical fitness were selected from all the students. During the training period, we insisted on training every morning and afternoon. The members of the general assembly of the student union also accompanied the athletes in training every day to do a good job in logistics support. Although some mistakes occurred during the game and missed the first place, the second place is still satisfactory for all teachers and students. I believe we will make a breakthrough in the next sports meeting.
2. On September 20th, we will welcome new students. The task of the General Staff of the Student Union is to help the new students to complete the formalities and help the new students to find the dormitory. The general branch of the Student Union has also done both well and successfully completed the task.
3. On September 21st, the freshmen enrolled in the school. Each member of the General Staff Branch of the Student Union gave a detailed introduction to the duties and specific work of the various departments of the General Branch of the Student Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Energy and Electricity, and encouraged everyone to actively join the Student Union.
4. In order to make a communication with new students and to select a group of outstanding student cadres, we organized the “New Year Speech Contest”. Everyone actively participated and enthusiastically participated. Through this competition, we have learned a lot of new ones. Classmates, let freshmen feel the joy of participating in university activities, and laid a certain foundation for the recruitment of our student clubs.
5. The general branch of the student union will be elected and the new branch of the student union will be formally established.
6. From mid-October to November 15th, the physical and electronic department welcomes the new party from planning, rehearsal, rehearsal to the final official performance for one month. Every actor, every organizer and every planner has invested the most. The enthusiasm, we use high standards and high standards to demand every program, requiring each program to be refined and refined, perfect and perfect. However, during the planning of the evening party, we found a major problem. We did not unite all the members of the student union to prepare for the party. We have been emphasizing the power of unity, but we have not applied it to the actual work. We found the problem in time, and In the final rehearsal and official performances, the division of the general staff of all the student unions was clearly defined, and the responsibility was fulfilled to ensure the successful completion of the party.
7. On November 29th, the donation of hematopoietic stem cells was collected by the Youth League Committee. 26 new students were honored to be volunteers for donation of hematopoietic stem cells.
8. On December 6th, the Youth League Committee organized a “free blood donation activity”, and 13 students of our department conducted blood donation free of charge.
The general branch of the new student union has been running in a series of activities for a period of time. In the future work and study, we will do our utmost to strengthen the cohesiveness of the general branch of the Student and Sports Department and become a true unity. A strong team. Although we have many shortcomings now, young people have more vitality and passion. We will continue to exercise and improve ourselves. We believe that when we leave this student position, we will be a qualified student cadre.
