During the class, I also listened carefully to the reports of deeds of outstanding party members on the educational front. My feelings are also very profound. They are not only down-to-earth teaching books, but also good people. For their own students, in order to enable them to grow stronger in the future, how much time they sacrificed their own time, how many times they reunited with their families, how many family members they lost, and so on.
As a young teacher, I have a long way to go in the future. As a member of the group and an activist, I always strictly demand myself as a member of the team. I am not afraid of hard work and dedication in my work. Learn from the comrades of outstanding party members and follow them as role models.

As the teacher's main task is to teach students well, so on weekdays I always seriously study the teaching materials, carefully prepare lessons, and take classes seriously. In order to improve my business level, I often go out to class, no matter how far I travel, never give up any learning opportunities, and strive to improve my teaching level and teaching quality. In this class, everyone has achieved good teaching results through my own efforts, and has been praised by experts, and was rated as a good class by the school.
Because there are more borrowers in our school, it is difficult for the track and field sports to participate, but in the end I think that in order to improve the physical quality of the students, we have discussed with the school to renovate the track and field team. No matter how difficult we are, we always I can overcome it, so I have never stopped since training. Every morning and night, sometimes I want to urge students to run good grades. I still insist on working with my students regardless of my injured legs. My legs are really painful, but every time I see the progress of the students, my pain can be counted, for the students to do so.
After each exercise, I saw that the students who were very hard-working had no food to eat, and some students were very hungry and tired because they practiced late at night and exercised. When I saw that they were tired, they were really reluctant. So they used their own money to buy some food for them. Although they spent a small amount of money, the students saw that the teacher was more painful about their meticulous care. When they thought of their hard work, they were tired. It is also straight.
This year, after everyone's election, I served as the party branch secretary. I think this is everyone's trust in me. In the future work, I must complete the tasks assigned by the school and enthusiastically help the colleagues who have difficulties. Be a qualified cadre.
