1. Comprehensively convey and implement the rules for the work of party members. The township party committee takes the township party member activity center as the main learning position, and organizes the work methods for party members and cadres in the township to study and develop party members. The Township Party Activity Center has developed a detailed training plan and trained the cadres of the township party members. On this basis, the party branches combined with the tasks of grassroots organization construction and spiritual civilization construction, and used the forms of organizational life meetings, democratic councils, party groups and party members to carry out in-depth study on the development of party members' work rules. At the same time, the party branches from the actual situation, play the leading role of party members and cadres, establish a theoretical counseling group, combine the work of the center, and explain to the peasant party members and people easy to understand, so that the development of party members' work methods is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
2.
