Over the past year, I feel very fortunate to have the help of so many leaders, teachers and colleagues. Especially in the days when the Youth League Committee worked, the colleagues in the delegation were like a family. In the work, we cooperated with each other, cooperated with each other, and learned from each other. Looking back on XX, I summarize the contents of personal thoughts and work from the following three aspects.
First, look back on the road to growth
In March XX, I learned that I will be working in the Youth League Committee. At the same time of excitement and excitement, more is difficult. In the face of the choice to go or stay, I have considered it for a long time. Staying in the street can continue the work in the past, and it will be more convenient to do; leaving the street, a new working environment, many things are unknown. At that time, I thought of the story in "Who Moved My Cheese?" It is only when people dare to try to change and break through. Therefore, I chose to go to a new work environment to experience and learn.
Recalling the bits and pieces of work in the past four years, it is really difficult to give up the relationship with Jialing Road, especially with the organization department. From college graduates with no work experience to grassroots cadres and cadres, I learned a lot and many in the street during this period. Especially with the help of the old section chief and colleagues, I have greatly improved my work ability and working methods. Jialingdao Street is another university in my life. At the same time, it won the Nankai District Special Work Award twice. The "Love Love Card", "One-inch Love" and "Youth Comprehensive Ability Training Camp" in the work of the Communist Youth League also formed a long-term working mechanism. These valuable work experiences are in the individual. The growth process played an important role. Before the handover work, I seriously summarized the four-year street work experience, especially the work of the Communist Youth League. I hope that while bringing convenience to the replacement personnel, I can also retain those good activity carriers and form a continuous work.
Although I left Jialing Road in March to work for the Youth League Committee, I still go all out when there is a need for street work, especially during the summer activities of the 4th “Youth Comprehensive Ability Training Camp”. The cadres contacted the volunteers and jointly planned the activities. While helping the new cadres to enter the role as soon as possible, they also ensured the continuation of the brand work.
Second, into the new environment to relocate the role of work from the street to the District Committee, although still engaged in the work of the Communist Youth League, but the objects and methods of work are very different. In the beginning of the period, it was not very suitable, but through the help and guidance of the leaders of the Youth League Committee, through the care and care of colleagues, this psychological phenomenon of incompatibility quickly disappeared. However, compared with psychologically faster adaptation, the adaptation of work methods and methods is relatively slow. As I used to work in the street, many things have to be done by myself. The work procedures and methods are relatively simple. I only pay attention to the results of the work. It is not thoughtful and comprehensive about whether the process and method are properly considered. After coming to the Youth League Committee, I found that as a district-level Communist Youth League work unit, our main energy should not be too much to do something in person, but to consider how to mobilize the enthusiasm of grassroots cadres and how to guide grassroots cadres. Carrying out good activities and how to build a platform for grassroots youth league work should be the focus of my work. Because only the grassroots cadres are moving, the work of the Communist Youth League will reflect the universality. The grassroots organization network of the regiment covers all the youth. The work and activities of the regiment will affect the overall goal requirements of all youth.
The difference in job orientation also makes me aware that there is still a lot of work waiting for us to implement and complete, and how to mobilize the subjective initiative of grassroots cadres has become an urgent problem to be solved.
Third, adhere to the high standard of the whole body to invest in the group compared with the part-time group cadres, as a full-time group cadres, both theoretical level and work ability should be required to higher standards. During the period of work of the Youth League Committee, on the one hand, he has strengthened his study of business knowledge, especially the important files such as the "5-Year Outline of the Communist Youth League Work" and the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on Strengthening the Work of the Community Youth League". Speaking systematically, I hope to make up for my lack of experience in the work of the Communist Youth League through learning. On the other hand, I insist on humbly asking the cadres of the old regiments and learning more from colleagues in the department, especially in the organization and planning of large-scale events. I have learned a lot from my body and I have benefited a lot.
At the same time, in order to continuously study the characteristics of the work of the Communist Youth League in the new era, I also insisted on participating in some self-organizing activities in the society, such as Sohu Focus Network, Tianjin Psychological Forum ttt training, Tianjin Volunteer Alliance, Tianjin Hummingbird Photography and Love Truck Friends. Will wait for activities to enhance their understanding of the current youth in different industries, and provide a reference for decision-making for the better development of the group's work in the future.
Back to the 9-month work of the district committee, I was deeply impressed by two activities. The first is the Nankai District College Student Entrepreneurship and Employment Apprentice Base. In this activity, the operation mode of the college students' entrepreneurial employment apprenticeship base was innovated. Through the adoption of the subject system and the tutor system, the student trainee work that was easy to “go through the field” was obtained. Effective. Followed by the third season of love and charity activities. As a brand-oriented work carried out for three consecutive years, the love-dressing activities have become more and more mature in the construction of long-term mechanism, and the socialized and project-oriented operation methods have also been recognized. Can we copy the working mode of loving and dressing up? Other areas of work for the Communist Youth League are the next things that need to be studied carefully.
After summing up the work in the past year, I found that I loved the work of the Communist Youth League more than the original, and at the same time had a more accurate understanding of the current work of the Communist Youth League. I hope that in the future work, I can still maintain a strong working energy and a rigorous work attitude, and work harder for the cause of the Communist Youth League in Nankai District.
The shortcomings:
1. The work vision is not broad enough. In carrying out work, seeing problems sometimes only look at the surface, not good at thinking about problems and planning activities from a higher angle. To some extent, the universality of the work of the Communist Youth League and the requirements of "two youths" cannot be realized.
2. The details of the work are not well considered. The details determine the success or failure, and I was deeply impressed by the flaws in the financial services entering the community and entering the company launching ceremony. Therefore, in every work, while considering the big aspects, we must pay attention to the details so that we can do a better job.
3. Work force needs to be improved. In the face of some difficult work, there are often fears and difficulties. I am always afraid that my work will not be good. At the same time, for some good work ideas and methods, I still stay at the theoretical level and fail to put it into practice.
