Summary of Party Member Self-evaluation in 2019
Time flies so fast. It has been more than half a year since I became a probationary member. Under the care of the organization and the old party members, my thoughts have been honed and improved. At the same time, as a positive close to the party organization, I should pay more attention to the study of political theory knowledge and demand myself with the standards of outstanding party members.
First, the idea:
Seriously study Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, constantly improve their ideological and moral qualities, and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values.
Second, at work, of course, as a probationary member, it is not enough to just study the party’s program archives. It is also important to complete the tasks delivered by the organization on time, in good quality, and in sufficient quantity, and this premise is to constantly improve their own level of thinking and business. Specifically, it is more reading, more research, more talks with colleagues in the party and colleagues around them, and more participation in academic competitions. Pay attention to accumulation in the work, think and solve problems after discovering problems, so that you are not self-sufficient.
As the leader of the largest group of students in the whole school, I felt an unprecedented pressure at the beginning. I think first of all I want to enhance my sense of responsibility. This is the first prerequisite for doing your job well. If there is pressure, there will be motivation. If there is tension, there will be a sense of urgency. Therefore, since I have done it, I must do it well and be responsible for the trust of the superior leadership. I used my heart to get along with every teacher in the group, care about their work and life, and pointed out that there was a problem. I got the support of the teachers in the group. Every morning I came as early as the class teacher. I let the class teacher feel me. Always by their side.
In the life, we carry forward the fine tradition of hard work, diligence, hard work, and helpfulness. We always do our honest work, work diligently, work hard and simple life, and play an exemplary role at any time.
Inadequacies:
First, in learning, there is a lack of systematic study of Marxism-Leninism theory.
Second, in practice, there is a phenomenon of inexperience, and some things are more than enough to do.
Future efforts:
1. Strengthen theoretical study and continuously improve the quality of their political business.
2, strict self-discipline, more work, less talk, more practical, due diligence, loyalty, dedication, diligence and work.
Only by understanding the gap can we clear the direction of our efforts; if we overcome the shortcomings, we can improve ourselves. Understand these reasons, I have the direction and motivation in my work. Understand the purpose and importance of doing a good job. Therefore, in the future work, I must be more serious and responsible, strive to align with the party members and comrades, narrow the gap with the comrades of the party members, accept the supervision of the party organizations and comrades, be strict with self-discipline, diligent and enterprising, and strive to join the party organization as soon as possible.
