Time flies so fast, and it is time for party members to self-evaluate. Looking back at the forests of the year, I have both gains and losses. First of all, strengthen ideological cultivation, strengthen the study of relevant political theories, pay attention to current affairs, and stand firm. On the one hand, in my spare time, I studied the specific content of the new party constitution, carefully studied the work plan of the school party branch for this year, and made full use of the mass media such as newspapers and magazines, the Internet, and television, and cared for foreign countries. Small to various counties and news of the county and even the mines where they are located, such as the Taiwan issue, Tibet’s separatist forces 7.15da, and so on. And rational analysis, support the Party Central Committee's external and internal decision-making policies, and always maintain a firm and correct political stance and direction. On the other hand, I have also taken the initiative to actively participate in various activities organized by the school's party branch, do my best to fund poor students, donate love to the Wenchuan disaster area, and pay "special party fees."
Second, earnestly carry out teaching work and care for student growth.
Actively participate in teaching and research work. In the past year, the school has undergone a transformation from business to local. In the process, in order to make teachers more adapt to the local education and teaching model, the school has launched many new initiatives in the teaching and research work. As a general teacher, I try my best to make use of my class and actively and conscientiously to complete it, such as the "seven ones" of young teachers and the related materials of new textbooks under the new curriculum.
In addition, I have served as an English class for my graduating class. According to some teaching arrangements of the school about the graduating class, actively prepare for the monthly examination and the quality analysis after the examination and organize the class teacher association by the class teacher.
Seriously organize the teaching of English subjects in the middle school graduating class. Thanks to the love of the school, I continued to teach English in the graduating class this year. In the teaching work, according to the status quo of the students, firstly, the corresponding teaching plans and the teaching objectives suitable for the class are formulated, and each class is earnestly put in place, and the students are strictly required to complete the relevant learning tasks arranged by the teachers. And in the teaching process, according to the student's learning feedback, the adjustment is made in real time to make the teaching closer or more suitable for the students.
Put students in the first place and care for the growth of students. I have changed the way I deal with students in the past. In the face of problems related to students, I first calmly think and then make suggestions. During this year, I and all students live in harmony, and no student has a verbal or physical conflict with her. In addition, often interact with so-called problem students in the class, through contact with them, communicate with each other, be able to timely understand some of the problems existing in the students, and give them a pass, so that students at least in the English study "Do not abandon, do not give up", thus successfully completing the teaching objectives of the English subject.
