Summary of personal work of teachers party members in 2019

Since I have written the party application, I have made some progress in my thinking and work. I will now make a brief report on my thoughts, work and study, and ask the party members and comrades to criticize and advise.

I. Improve political and ideological consciousness and improve individual moral cultivation

In terms of ideology, I have always maintained a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in terms of ideas, lines, guidelines, and policies. We have used television, computers, newspapers, magazines and other media to pay attention to the domestic and international situation and to learn the basic knowledge of the party and related political thought files and books; Actively participate in various political learning and educational activities organized by the party committee; always keep in mind the purpose of serving the people and understand their responsibilities.

Second, teaching work

At work, I know that education and teaching work is the basic responsibility of being a teacher. In order to fully study the teaching materials, I always prepare lessons in advance, download audiovisual and courseware materials related to teaching through the Internet, and strive to establish a harmonious, happy and fulfilling classroom atmosphere in classroom teaching. Using the activity class and the same group of teachers to organize the electroacoustic instrument team, there are already two groups of ensembles.

Third, in life

I respect the leadership, unite my colleagues, care for the students, and strictly abide by the school schedule, not late, not leaving early. We can do our best to help others, and strive to be in a harmonious living atmosphere with everyone.

Fourth, the shortcomings

1. Political study and professional knowledge learning are not planned, systematic, and not tight enough.

2. Insufficient inquiry in the new curriculum standard, insufficient preparation before class

3. The care and communication of the students is not good enough, and the work of the backward students must be done more carefully.

In response to the above deficiencies, I will try my best to rectify and improve, and strive to make myself a teacher who truly meets the requirements of party members. As a party member teacher, everything should be at the forefront, not afraid of suffering, not afraid of losing money, not asking for it, doing a good job, and playing a model advanced role. In the days to come, I will continue to strengthen study, strengthen party spirit, improve my ideological consciousness, redouble my responsibility for work, actively think, develop and innovate, and make myself a good communist party member who seeks truth from facts and is confident and optimistic!
