Party Member's Personal Summary in 2019

In accordance with the requirements of the party committee for self-evaluation of party members, combined with my work in the past year, I now conduct a brief self-evaluation on political learning, work performance, party and group relations, and integrity and self-discipline.
First, study, innovate, and accept the challenges of ideological and political work in the new era.
Over the past year, I have been studying a series of ideological theories such as Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, "xxxx", and "July 1" speech, which are consistent with the party's requirements in terms of ideology, politics, and action. Actively participate in the Party School's advanced learning and education activities organized by the Party Committee. Through studying and educating activities, I further transformed my world outlook, outlook on life, values, and improved my political quality so that I can do my job well.
Second, innovation, practice, shoulder the responsibility of Communist Party members.
"It’s a clear-cut person, a down-to-earth officer, and a solid job," is the professional ethics I have been observing for years. As a Communist Party cadre, I must look deep and think far. Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress, and it is also an inexhaustible motive force to ensure the prosperity of our affiliate business.
Third, pay attention to working methods, care for comrades, and promote unity. The party's aim is to serve the people wholeheartedly. As a party member, I always insist on putting the interests of the people first. When I get along with my comrades, I can treat the opinions of the people correctly, trust each other, and have a harmonious relationship. At present, the comrades of our ministry have a strong atmosphere of mutual cooperation and mutual friendship.
Fourth, honesty and self-discipline, self-discipline and publicity.
In daily life, I strictly follow my standards and requirements. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the party discipline and state laws and units, often give up rest and work overtime, never care about personal gains and losses. In the intricate social environment, keep in mind the identity of party members, keep a clear head, and improve the ability to resist corruption.
In short, as a party member cadre in the new century, I must correctly grasp the life routes, courageously face the challenges of work, and never let down the expectations of the party, the state, and the association.
