Student associations are an important part of university culture construction, an effective carrier for disseminating campus culture, and an important channel for implementing comprehensive quality education. The recruitment of new jobs has injected fresh blood into the societies, thus forming a community structure with a full scale and complete types. As the organizer of this new recruiting activity, the Student Union of our school has fully played our role. On October 14th, the recruitment activity officially started. Although it was rainy weather, it did not dispel the enthusiasm of the students. The officers of our community department and the members of other departments of the student union have already arrived at the recruiting place before 6 o'clock. On the third day of the event, the weather finally cleared. After the rainy days of the previous two days, everyone looked tired. But everyone was very excited to see the sun, because the fine weather brought great convenience to our work. As we work smoothly, we are motivated and put into the work of the day.

October 17th is the last day of our event and the most crucial day of the event. After three days of perseverance, everyone was in a state of exhaustion, but no one showed exhaustion, and no one shouted. In this way, we have the responsibility and passion to finish the last day of work. The four-day work is over. Although everyone is a little tired, they are very excited. Our new recruiting activities are generally more successful.

During the recruitment period, the clubs found their own positions in the recruiting locations. They focused on the characteristics of the clubs, highlighting their highlights by issuing elaborate flyers and displaying eye-catching inkjets, certificates of honor or trophies. The unique charm. In order to attract more students, the associations are even more clever. 3. The tool body and arrangement are reasonable. Before the event did not begin, the team leader had already assigned the labor assignments reasonably. For example, the male students in our club department are responsible for moving things, while the girls are responsible for recording; at the same time, they also pay attention to the coordination of working hours, such as the rotation of duty work.

4. The responsible person of each club is sincere, enthusiastic and patient in explaining the new students.

5. The place for recruiting new places is reasonable. The recruitment locations of the various associations are rationally divided according to the characteristics of their associations.

6. The success of this event cannot be separated from the Youth League Committee and the efforts of all members of the Student Union. In this activity, members of the Student Union are able to actively do things. This spirit of not being afraid of suffering and not being tired is worthy of being carried forward.

Behind the success, we also have shortcomings:

1. The scene is chaotic when moving things. Although the activities were arranged through detailed division of labor, the actual situation was a bit confusing due to the large number of people. For example, when the members of the student union help the associations to return the tents, tables and chairs.

2. The supervision is not enough. During the enrollment period, individual organizations have the phenomenon of being late and leaving early. In the process, there are also the heads of the associations moving around at will. Because the supervision is not timely, there are many phenomena in which the responsible person is not in his “post”.

3. There are deficiencies in the arrangement. It is mainly reflected in the fact that individual members are not active enough in the activity, and the task of assignment cannot guarantee the completion of quality in time. For example, when a tent, table or chair is moved, individual members are lazy.

4. The damage of the table and chair during use and handling has brought us an unnecessary loss.

5. The new site hygiene has not been maintained well. There are individual club leaders who eat snacks such as melon seeds at the new location, resulting in insufficient sanitation.

5. Although the propaganda of the associations at the admissions site is OK, the initial publicity is not enough.

This recruitment activity has successfully come to an end and has accumulated valuable work experience for our future work. Let the officers in various departments understand the work of the Institute and familiarize themselves with the workflow to lay the foundation for future activities.
