Summary of the investigation of college students' thoughts

In order to understand and master the ideological dynamics of our students in a timely manner, to understand the hot issues that students generally pay attention to and care about, to enhance the pertinence of ideological education and activities, according to the overall arrangement of student work in our college, a survey of students' thoughts was carried out at the end of September. All the 37 students in the whole class participated in the survey, and the participation rate was 100%, which fully reflected the enthusiasm of the class. The survey is now summarized as follows:
First, the students have made plans for the next year to address the first question. “With the coming of September, the new semester begins. Do you have your own plan in the new year?” Our group branch has a unified Answer: Yes, everyone's answer is very positive. And for the second question, "Dell said that the development of the plan is more important than the plan itself. What plans do you have in the following year? Please talk about it." Everyone's plan is as follows: 1. Passing English 4th and 6th exams 2, pass the Mandarin test 3, pass the computer grade test 4, pass the driver's license test 5, enhance professional knowledge and improve writing skills 6, and participate in various social practices.
Second, care about employment, pay attention to personal growth and development.
For the third question, “What difficulties have you encountered in the new semester?” A considerable number of students expressed their concerns about the future. They hope that the school will pay more attention to the employment of students, and more publicize the employment policy and provide more employment information. We will increase employment guidance and build a more solid platform for student employment. We also hope that the college can strengthen guidance on topics such as interpersonal communication, motivation, and quality development. In addition, some students are deeply aware that their study habits are poor, their learning goals are not clear, they will not arrange their time reasonably, and they reflect that there are too few exchanges among classmates. They are eager to strengthen the construction of study style and enhance the good learning atmosphere.
Third, the students have no expectations for student organizations and associations as junior students. Many students have just withdrawn from their previous student organizations and organizations; some students still stay in the department and continue to exercise. I have the ability to learn more things; others have never joined student organizations and societies, but they are not interested in them. Especially now in junior year, students hope to put more time and attention on study and employment internships, and there is not much expectation for student organizations and associations.
Fourth, the students actively participate in the creative activities, but do not want to be "created"
The students feel that Jiangmen City is a very good thing to create a civilized city. They are very honored to participate in it. In the process of creating a text, everyone feels that they have a sense of responsibility in their hearts. If you can finish it overnight, you need to persevere, start from yourself, and start from the little things around you. However, the students also think that if the creative activities become a formal project, just to cope with the inspection and to improve the appearance of the city, then the significance of the creation does not deviate from the original intention?
5. The students have a clearer goal for future employment. My classmates actively participated in the career planning competition held by the school, and through this competition, they have a clearer understanding of their future employment direction and the preparations they need now. . This competition will have a certain guiding effect on the future employment and entrepreneurship of the students, so that the students can begin to face their own future and begin to define their career goals, so that everyone can benefit a lot.
Sixth, the National Day holiday plan for the students is approaching, the seven-day holiday time, the students have a variety of plans. For example: in the study of the lack of traps, while expanding their reading; go home to share the family with the family, celebrate the National Day; stay in part-time, accumulate social practical experience; travel with family and friends.
From this dynamic survey of thoughts, we can easily find that the students have matured a lot in the junior year, and they have not been as good as before. Now every student has set a plan for himself and is preparing for the future. The students are stable in their overall thinking and have a more rational understanding of many social issues, showing their healthy, optimistic, positive, enthusiastic and uplifting spirit. Caring for employment and paying attention to personal growth are the mainstream of students' thinking. Activity development, campus construction, and self-development are the hotspots of students' attention.
