According to the unified arrangement of the central and provincial committees and the arrangement of the provincial colleges and universities, as well as the instructions issued by the hospital on the "xx work plan of the xx Institute of Information Technology in-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept", from March 20 to 2019 During the period of April of the year, under the careful and meticulous organization of the party committee of the hospital, the party committees and the majority of party members attached great importance to it, and successfully completed the first phase of the study and practice of the scientific development concept, which is summarized as follows:

I. In-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept

On the basis of earnestly studying and understanding the spirit of scientific development concept, focusing on raising the ideological understanding, solving outstanding problems, innovating institutional mechanisms, and promoting scientific development goals, at 12:30 on March 25, all members of the Electronic Engineering Branch are in the conference room of the branch. Participated in the mobilization meeting for in-depth study of the Scientific Outlook on Development. The meeting announced the guiding ideology , basic goals, important stages and specific arrangements for the study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development in our branch. Through this mobilization meeting, the prelude of our school's in-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept was unveiled.

Second, organizational learning

The party branch of the college combined with the actual, meticulous organization, careful deployment, and developed a specific study and training program. Take personal self-study, intensive training, special counseling, and collective seminars to organize the majority of party members and cadres to study hard. On March 30 and 31, 2019, the Party Member Meeting was held. Through study, the party members unified the thoughts , improved their understanding, profoundly grasped the scientific connotation, spiritual essence and fundamental requirements of the scientific development concept, and enhanced the consciousness and firmness of implementing the scientific development concept.

Third, the subject practice research activities

During the period from April 06, 2019 to April 21, 2019, our institute carried out a social practice research activity on the theme of "Scientific Development, Promoting Harmony, Serving the Society". The research topic is "Improve attendance, reduce lateness, and build a harmonious classroom." According to the situation of my branch, the research activities were carried out in four stages according to the plan. The first stage is the investigation stage. Through the actual investigation and the class committee, the class attendance of each class is known. The second stage is the research stage, through class meetings, questionnaires, and conversations with students with serious problems. The investigation and research were carried out. In the third stage, the student party members wrote the survey results and formed a written report for their own research. The fourth stage was the follow-up investigation stage. Through research, I found problems, proposed feasible solutions, solved problems, and summarized problems for my branch. Members of the Party further recognized the era and practical significance of the scientific development concept and laid a solid foundation for future in-depth study and practice. Grasping the attendance rate is a long-term task. It takes a long time to develop. This work will continue as usual.

Fourth, the branch school staff member life meeting

On May 5, 22019, a life meeting of all the faculty and staff members was held with the theme of “Deeply implementing the scientific development concept and promoting the scientific development of the college”. All faculty and staff members expressed their opinions freely. At the same time, the branch will also extensively solicit opinions and suggestions and go deep into the public. Learn about the issues that current students and teachers are most concerned about. We must be heart-to-heart, communicate ideas , understand each other, help each other, and strengthen unity. The Party branch made a record analysis of the opinions and suggestions obtained, and found out the gaps and shortcomings of itself and reflected and resolved them in time. After the meeting, a written report was formed and saved to facilitate the resolution of similar problems in the future.

In general, the effectiveness of the first phase of my branch is still obvious. The overall spirit of the college is flourishing, the cultural atmosphere and the learning atmosphere have made great progress, but at the same time, we must be aware of the problems: For example, some comrades need to further improve the importance of the activities; individual activities are not carried out in depth; the atmosphere of the activities should be further developed so that all party members can participate actively and actively.
