Since October of this year, I have been fortunate to be the first batch of “college student village officials” recruited by the city, and assigned to the work of the village secretary in the town of Xiangli Village. 1. Seriously perform their duties and actively assist the two committees in the village to carry out their work.

When I first came to Xiangli Village, I didn’t know about the village’s public opinion. In order to carry out my work smoothly, I changed my role as soon as possible. I often learned from the comrades of the two village committees and went deep into the villagers’ village to chat with the villagers to understand and be familiar with the situation in the village. Under the leadership of the village branch, I actively assisted the two committees in the village to carry out their work. No matter big or small, I will never slack off and take it seriously. I will continue to summarize and accumulate experience, make up for my own shortcomings, and constantly improve my ability.

1. Actively participate in the new type of cooperative medical work in rural areas. The new rural cooperative medical system is a policy of benefiting the people introduced by the state. As the university student village official who just took office, the first job I encountered in the village work was this work. Under the careful organization of the two village committees and the strong support of the majority of the villagers We use the morning and evening farming hours to collect medical insurance premiums. Through the joint efforts of all of us, the participation rate of our village reaches 95%. While participating in the medical insurance work, the party members and the people in the village gradually became familiar with the "village official" of this university student, thus laying a good public foundation for carrying out various work in the future.

2. Actively carry out the theme education activities of party members and cadres. According to the arrangement of the organization department of the county party committee, the work of "the annual theme education activities of rural party members and cadres" was seriously organized. The village country small education work leading group was set up in time to assist the village branch secretary to draft an annual learning implementation plan, and the majority of party members and cadres in the village were organized to earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Party's xxth session and the Eighth Plenary Session of the Eighth Plenary Session of the Provincial Party Committee. He also organized and led everyone to concentrate on studying the archives spirit of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Advancing Some Major Issues in Rural Reform and Development", so that the activities of the small-school education in our village were carried out smoothly.

3. Do your best to do a good job in economic census work. This is a major event that affects the state's grasp of the economic situation of the rural population. Due to the large number of forms and high quality requirements, I have contacted the village cadres and so on, often go deep into the self-employed households to understand and master their business conditions. Complete all forms on time and by quantity.

4. In-depth farmers and participate in the reform of forest tenure system

The rural "forest rights system reform" is an important matter closely related to their own interests for the villagers in the hilly areas. If the forest reform work is not done well, it will cause unnecessary disputes between the villagers and the disharmony between the villagers. It is the understanding. To the importance of implementing this policy in the country, I have seriously assisted the members of the two village committees to actively participate in the forest reform work. In the forest reform work, I fully cooperated with the village forest reform working group, the household promotion policy, assisting farmers to map and fill out the form. Investigate the disputes that existed in the case, and promptly investigate and visit, and coordinate the leading group to resolve the disputes in the forest reform and ensure the forestry reform work. In the domestic industry, I am responsible for the entry of the “application form” and “transition form” of the village, and assisting in the printing and distribution of the forest right certificate. Due to the meticulous and serious work, our village first completed the issuance of the forest right certificate in the town. A total of 268 forest ownership certificates were issued, with an area of ​​9627.5 mu.

5. Actively cooperate to strengthen rural road construction

Our village is the last road to achieve the goal of xxx “village to village” oil road planning. This is a difficult and important task of our village. Because some of the relocated households are affected by factors such as their own interests, this work is made. The advancement is slower. Under the personal care of the main leaders of the town, the town leaders led the team to organize the township cadres to go to the home to do a good job in propaganda and launching work. I actively participated in the cooperation. After patient and meticulous ideological and political work, the road has been gradually improved. The laying of roadbed and the casting of road surface, the comprehensive completion of Xiangli Cement Highway will further change the backward traffic conditions and conditions of our village.

6. Actively participate in the construction of Huanghua Expressway

Since the beginning of this year, the whole town has been closely surrounding the Huanghua Expressway, a national key project, and has carried out solid work. The expressway leads to the two village groups of Guanghui and Guanghua in our village. It involves 1.8 kilometers of mileage and two households. It occupies 25.98 mu of farmland, 3.99 mu of land, 0.86 mu of dry land, 0.37 mu of wasteland and 0.59 mu of construction land. We insist on putting the interests of the people in the first place, conscientiously publicizing and implementing the spirit of the archives at the higher level, handling and resolving various contradictions and disputes in a timely manner, and persisting in implementing them. At present, the construction of expressways has entered the red line and the start-up phase. We will continue to support and cooperate in accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities to ensure smooth and steady progress.

Second, adhere to the application of the school, and carry out the work of party building in a solid manner

As a university student village cadre, in addition to assisting the village to complete all kinds of work, it is more important to give play to its own advantages, adhere to the theory and practice, and apply what you have learned to work practice.

1. Carefully organize materials for party building and comprehensive management. Since I took office, I have been mainly responsible for the organization work. In addition, I also cooperated with other members of the two committees to organize and complete other aspects of social comprehensive management. Under the joint efforts of the members of the two committees of the village, the archives and materials of the village tend to be standardized.

2, often for the village leaders to submit files and materials to the town, retrieve files, materials, etc., and do a good job of the villagers' full-time agents.

3. Participate in the party members' meeting and the villagers' congress held in the village, listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of the villagers, understand the dynamics and ideas of the villagers, and earnestly make good minutes of the meeting.

4. Work leisurely, take the initiative to learn and understand some rural policies and regulations, and enhance the ability to serve the villagers in order to better carry out their work. I also use my spare time to continue my undergraduate course and strive to improve my academic qualifications and work experience.

Third, adhere to integrity and politics, and strictly demand yourself

As a university student village official, I believe that my own words and deeds are related to the image of the party among the people. To this end, in the daily work, I always insist on strict requirements, do not say what I should not say, do not do things that should not be done. We will resolutely implement the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government, adhere to the system, and insist on doing things in vain, behave in a down-to-earth manner, and live up to the cultivation and trust of the organization.

Looking back over the work practice of more than a year, both in the village and in the town, I have become closer to the grassroots level, have a better understanding of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and have gradually learned to do some agricultural and rural work in the new era. Experience and methods. At the same time, I am also clearly aware that I have some shortcomings and need to constantly improve them in the future. There are three main aspects:

First, the toughness of the work is not enough. Although they often go to the village to do the work of the people, they often fail to carry forward the "nail" spirit and lack a kind of "entanglement". The intensity of work must be further increased.

Second, the transformation of ideas is not fast. Growing up and living in the city since childhood, although I have been working in the village for nearly two years, I still have difficulty adapting to the rural work and living environment, and the contact with the people is not close enough, which makes some work difficult to carry out.

Third, the practicality of learning is not strong. Learning party and state agricultural policies is not active enough, relaxing the study of agricultural knowledge; not fully engaged in agricultural production for learning and practice; not strengthening targeted knowledge and business learning before proposing good ideas and ideas .

Defining the shortcomings of our own existence will greatly help my future work. On the basis of continuous summarization, my next step in my village work is:

1. In addition to doing routine rural work, we will continue to master relevant agricultural knowledge, strengthen network knowledge learning, and establish a sound and complete village-level electronic file information database.

2. Constantly strengthen and close contact with the villagers, often enter the group, down-to-earth, and actively do some practical things for the villagers.

3, do not compromise the implementation of the various tasks assigned by the town, and actively share the concerns of the village leaders.

As a college student, we are responsible for the trust and expectations of the villagers. Only by continuously strengthening the quality of all aspects of our country, deepening the understanding and application of rural policies, and using our own positive factors in all aspects to make real things for the people, can we become a qualified university student village official, and then we can live up to the demands of all levels. And trust. I have always believed that as a "village official", since I came to the grassroots level, I must have the confidence to do practical things for the people. I never slack off, always telling myself to always put the work in the first place. I think no matter what setbacks are encountered, as long as the beliefs in the heart are firm and the state of mind is positive, and with the care of the town leaders and the support of the two village committees, we will be able to overcome all kinds of difficulties and achieve the goals of the established goals.

In the future work, I will use the position of village cadres as a platform to study hard and work actively.
