Time flies so fast, and in a blink of an eye, we rushed through our busy work. Looking back at the work of the moral education and research group of this semester, every teacher of our moral education and research group is conscientious, diligent and down-to-earth. According to the teaching work plan and teaching and research group activity plan formulated at the beginning of the school, guided by the basic concept of the new curriculum. Starting from the norm, with purpose, planning, step by step to carry out daily education and teaching work, and actively carry out research on teaching reform. In the first semester, there are people who have a smile, but there are also places where they still need to work hard. In order to avoid weaknesses in future work, the work of this semester is summarized as follows:
1. Learn theory and update educational concepts. This semester has used a variety of learning methods to read the curriculum standards of "Character and Life", "Character and Society" and related teaching magazines, such as "Study on National Moral Education". The seventh grade of the ideological and moral teaching plan We use the spare time to read the teaching examples in the relevant educational journals, and provide teachers with a space for learning and expansion as much as possible. Through the study, the teachers have established a new teaching concept, use the curriculum reform spirit to command their own teaching behavior, and give full play to the moral education function of the morality class.
2. Make full use of the network resources, the national ideology and morality teaching plan will free the teachers from the cumbersome preparation work, improve the quality of the preparation of lessons and the ability to collect information, and use the time of liberation to “make a good course”. The preparation of the lesson highlights the subjectivity of the students. The eighth grade of the ideological and moral teaching plan highlights student activities, cooperative learning, and inquiry methods, and the reform of teaching methods drives the transformation of students' learning style.
3, based on classroom teaching. Classroom teaching is one of the main ways for teachers and students to communicate and teachers to carry out education and teaching. Our character group has always made improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching as a goal. 4. Combine teaching practice with scientific research to improve teaching quality. Although the teachers in the group have served as the number of teachers, and some of them work as class teachers, they can still create a beautiful world in the teaching of morality, and have a certain harvest. Many teachers have actively written morality papers to participate in county and city level evaluations. I am very grateful to some teacher teachers for their active participation in the study of moral education.
