In the past two weeks, the 12th Youth League Training School was held in our hospital and the Institute. As a class, I am honored to enter this training class. I also cherish this opportunity. . The course of the group school is composed of two parts: the opening ceremony and the lecture topic. The lecture topic is divided into “the work concept and value system of the student cadres”, “the combination of knowledge and action, and different”, “30 years of reform and opening up” "The pioneering and innovative, the outstanding Communist Youth League members in the new era" and the "improvement of the executive ability of learning cadres" are aimed at comprehensively improving the sense of responsibility of student cadres and giving full play to the role of student cadres in student management and improving Work ability and work level, enhance the comprehensive quality of all aspects, and better serve the growth and talent education of our youth.

In the brief and grand opening ceremony, we revisited the history of the Chinese Communist Youth League and did not forget the hard history of the development of the regiment; our regiment absorbed new members and added new strength and vitality; we listened to the teacher’s earnest hopes for all the members. The first lecture of the group school was the content of the work concept and value system of the student cadres, which was given by Zhu Xinyu. Teacher Zhu’s lecture was very popular with everyone. In his class, the students’ enthusiasm was very high. Teacher Zhu mainly talked about this issue in three aspects. First, what is the student cadre? He said that the student cadre is a bridge, a mirror, a window, and a banner. I agree with this point. I think we should recognize what we are. First, students, the responsibility is to learn knowledge, learn to be a human, and then take some social work and further study . The second point is that Teacher Zhu talked about the knowledge orientation of student cadres. I clearly understand that we must strictly demand ourselves. We should not relax ourselves like other people in ordinary study and student work. We must always pay attention to our words and deeds. We must realize that our behavior will become an example for other students. In daily life, we must also strive to improve our ability and quality in all aspects, and conscientiously do our best to serve as a model leader for our student cadres. Thirdly, Mr. Zhu's work orientation for student cadres has been heatedly discussed in four aspects: work tasks, job classification, job image, and work art. I have benefited a lot. I understand a lot. As Mr. Zhu said, I believe that after paying, there will be rewards. We must learn well while doing good people.

The second lecture of the group school was taught by Liu Jia, a teacher of the School of Management, on the issue of "integration of knowing and doing, and being different". Mr. Liu’s lectures are humorous and beautiful, attracting the attention of all our classmates. With her own experience, she vividly demonstrated how to achieve the realm of "integration of knowing and doing", which is quite interesting.

The third lecture of this group class is about the 30 years of reform and opening up taught by Teacher Dai Yuezhen. Although the content is a bit boring, the spring breeze of reform and opening up has blown into the ears of our students, and we are deeply impressed by the tremendous changes in the country over the years.

The fourth lecture of the group school is about the issue of pioneering and innovating. This topic is also of concern to all of us. As the social situation becomes more and more severe, the concept of college students has gradually shifted to the concept of innovation. At the beginning, the teacher introduced innovative examples from all over the world, and I deeply lamented that innovation is really essential. Then the teacher talked about the characteristics of innovation: 1. High sensitivity to the problem; 2. Highly fluent in concept; 3. Flexible in thinking; 4. Novel in cognition; 5. IQ in middle school or above; Personality characteristics are obvious. The teacher also interspersed with some small games in the process of teaching, the whole classroom, the atmosphere is flying. The teacher told us that we will unconsciously learn an innovative method and an innovative spirit in the process of learning . In fact, innovation is always around us, as long as you are brave enough. Through this lecture, I realized that I must learn an innovative choice and a spirit of innovation.

The fifth lecture of the group school is the content of the improvement of the ability of student cadres taught by Mr. Lin Gang from Guangling College. How to be a cadre of a regiment? And whether the harvest is enough to offset the impact on learning , life and other aspects; the relationship between people should be well communicated, coordinated, uploaded and other work, with the purpose of "sincerely carrying things, treating people with wide lenient", Correctly handle the relationship with ordinary students and other cadres; establish a good attitude, should be clear that "there is nothing small", and strive to overcome the "eyes are low", "big things can't do, small things do not bother", can withstand setbacks Dare to face the challenges and failures of student cadres to be students' intimate friends, summed up, I think that is to do three "generations", that is, to be a good representative of students, to be the leader of students, to be the spokesperson of students. Learning and work processing: As a group cadre, learn how to handle learning and work. You can neither fall into study nor work. As a group cadre, we must be able to better understand how to allocate my time between study and work for a limited time. In short, our group cadres must learn how to improve our learning efficiency. How can group cadres improve their social skills? As group cadres, we often participate in social activities to improve our social skills. Contemporary society is a medium-sized ability. To be honest, I also have this view. We have a lot of courses in this semester, and we have to organize activities. We always feel that time is not enough, especially when we study less. The number of self-study is higher. Our results will be better. We must consider the efficiency of learning . I think, if you study for two hours, it is better to concentrate on reading the book for half an hour.
