New teacher pre-job training summary

I am honored to be a member of the Yixian teacher team and start a new journey of my life. The County Education Bureau aims to adapt our new teachers to teaching work as soon as possible. We specially conducted a four-day pre-job training for us.

The content of the new pre-job training is comprehensive, meticulous, profound and vivid. It includes systematic study on how to do a good job in class guidance, education and teaching routines, teacher morality, mental health education, teacher professional ethics, and introduction of new teachers' growth experience. From adjusting the positive attitude of the teacher's starting point to facing new work and new challenges; how to walk on the road of happiness; from good work habits to good psychological factors; how to communicate with parents and students to how to get along with leaders and colleagues From how to reflect on teaching to how to be a successful and happy teacher; how to take a good class... In short, I have benefited a lot from this training.

In the training, several bureau leaders, key teachers and excellent teachers all talked about the important task of contemporary teachers and their special roles. People use such words to describe teachers: "Teachers are the most sacred profession under the sun", teachers are "People who teach, teach, and confuse", "Teachers should be substitutes for truth, goodness and beauty"... Visible, "Teacher" II The word contains many sublime and noble connotations. However, how many people know how much hard work our teachers have paid behind these auras. Many teachers are quietly dedicating. As a new teacher, I want to learn from the old teachers who have worked hard on the educational front for many years, to learn their hard work and dedication, and to dedicate all their youth and talent to the cause of education. Second, teachers are role models. It is precisely this meaning that "learning as a teacher and being a teacher" is the main meaning of this. It is mainly about the identity of being a person. At the same time, the process of students' education is the process of perfecting personality. The personality power of teachers is intangible and immeasurable. Teachers must truly become the guides of students. Third, teachers are managers. Teachers must have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination skills in order to make teaching more efficient and promote student development. Fourth, teachers are parents. As a teacher, to be productive, there is a "love" teacher's love for students should be selfless and equal, just as parents treat children, so we say that teachers are parents. Moreover, teachers should be good at discovering the flash points and development needs of a student. Fifth, the teacher is a friend. The so-called "good teachers and friends" emphasizes that teachers and students should "communicate", and the harmony and affinity between teachers and students should be the same as that of close friends. Finally, the teacher is the student's psychological counselor. Teachers must understand pedagogy, psychology, health psychology, etc., should understand the psychological characteristics, psychological confusion, psychological pressure, etc. of different students, in order to give timely help and explanation, and cultivate students' psychological quality.

The following is a summary of my experience:

First, enrich in the training: as a recruit on the education front, in many places can not find direction, can not find a way. The pre-job training of the new teachers gave us a glimpse of the sun. There are many training and counseling contents, such as education and teaching, about preparing lessons, about doing things for people, and about psychological counseling. This not only enriched my knowledge of educational theory, but also gave clear development goals for my education and teaching, pointing out the way to grow. Only when you have a bucket of water can you give your child a glass of water. I will work hard to perfect myself and be a learning teacher.

Second, the promotion in the training: this teacher professional growth training, carried out a serious preparation, meticulous organization. First of all, the teacher training department has arranged the teacher professional growth training content in light of the characteristics of the small country and the actual situation of the teachers, combined with the current basic education curriculum reform, and paid attention to the effectiveness of the training. This training has arranged two classroom observations. Although they are different professions, the teaching methods are the same. From the observation of teaching, I combined my own teaching practice, found my own gap, and realized that there are many places in the teaching that need improvement and improvement. Secondly, to ensure the quality of teachers' professional growth training, hired excellent teachers, key teachers, and education experts to give lectures. These education experts have profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. Their lectures are like spring and rain, and they are silent. Every training received is an upgrade. The teaching of excellent teachers has benefited us all. The reporting class of the new teachers also allows us to know where we need to avoid weaknesses.

Third, reflect on training: What is the ideal education? What kind of education does the child need? This may be the problem I have been thinking about. The wonderful case of the teacher in the training, the sharp analysis, often makes me reflect on my own education concept, student view, and reflect on my previous education and teaching behavior. As Xiao Chuan said, “A teacher with a sense of professionalism and mission should be regarded as an explorer of education. The best way to explore is to start from self-reflection.” Experience plus reflection is equal to growth, I think I will Self-reflection is a habit to promote your own growth.

Fourth, in the training: the new pre-job training of the teachers is to learn , improve, and even spur, we will train the teachers' advanced education ideas, educational concepts, modern professional knowledge, modern education theory is better Apply to your own education and teaching practice, constantly improve yourself, improve yourself, and strive to become an excellent teacher and backbone teacher. In short, I have always had a feeling of unsatisfactory through this training, and I always feel that there are still many places to learn . Indeed, as a new teacher, there is really too much to learn . However, I am confident that through my unremitting efforts and study , I will improve my professional knowledge and teaching standards as soon as possible, and be able to do my own teaching work as soon as possible, so that I can truly become a qualified and outstanding national teacher for our country.
