Robinson drifting after reading

I read "Robinson Crusoe" written by Daniel Defoe. I was deeply attracted to this book because it made me realize the amazing perseverance and indomitable spirit of the ordinary Robinson.

The protagonist of this book: Robinson, is an Englishman with an adventurous spirit. He could have lived a peaceful and beautiful life by relying on his father's arrangement. However, Robinson, who was bent on going out, was a thrilling and exciting sailor, sailing on the choppy, dangerous sea.

On another maritime voyage, Robinson's boat hit a huge reef near a desert island. The sailors and passengers on the ship were all drowned, and only Robinson survived fortunately. He was alone in a deserted island, and Robinson, who was in desperate desperation, challenged all kinds of difficulties with the unimaginable strength and perseverance of his people. With his unyielding strong will, he relied on his wisdom and hard work to regain his life: He built three caves into his own home. At first, he hunted the beasts to eat, made clothes with wild animal skins, and then he planted the grain himself, made bread, and raised many animals to make ships. With his positive attitude towards life, not only did he survive, but he also had a prisoner who was about to be eaten by the savage one day: Friday. After two months and nineteen days in twenty-eight years, Robinson finally had the opportunity to leave the desert island. The thing was this: One day, a British cargo ship was moored on the beach. It turned out to be a rebellion on the ship. The sailor kidnapped the captain. Robinson and the captain helped the captain to quell the rebellion on Friday. The captain promised Robinson to bring him back to England. After drifting for half a year at sea, the ship finally returned to the UK.

After reading this book, I can't help but think: If I were him, when I saw the savage banquet with my own kind, would I stand up bravely like him and fight with them with only one assistant?

I don't think I dare, not to say that there is only one assistant, even if there are two, three, four, five, I don't have that guts. I think that I will not only rush to fight with them, but also hide in a corner, silently praying to bless them and they can't find me. I have to admit that I am weak and incompetent. From birth to the back of the school bag into the school, parents, the school paved a good path for growth. I have been on this flat road for years and years, no setbacks, no winds, and I complained about it all day, complaining about it. In fact, I have never tasted the bitterness of life. Every day, I have a problem with my father and mother, and I don’t want to eat or eat every day.

In fact, what we need most is to have the spirit of hard work like Robinson. Whenever and wherever, regardless of the difficulties encountered, setbacks, etc., you can’t be intimidated. You must face up to difficulties and overcome difficulties. Always maintain a positive, calm and optimistic attitude, to face the doom, challenge yourself, you can make a miracle beyond your imagination. Only in this way can we become a winner like the great Robinson.
