No matter how successful today is, when you finally die, you can see if you win or lose, so I think we are just getting started. I also believe that after graduation today, many people here are worried, all kinds of worry, I am worried that after graduation, I am a student, can I be a boss? Can I find a good boss? Can I find a good company? Actually these Worried that I also have it every day. When I first started my business, I was worried about whether I could survive. Later, I was worried that this company would grow up. When I grow up today, I am worried that it will fall. Now I have more worry than before. I have been worried every day for 30 years, but I am just worried that I am not working hard enough. I am worried that I have not seen the disaster. I am worried that I am not sure about the opportunity. This is a tangled era, this era seems full of suspicion, full of mistrust. The world seems to lack all sorts of opportunities, but the world seems to have all sorts of opportunities. I believe in the future, I believe that others are more than believe in themselves. In fact, in Alibaba, my math is not good, management has not been learned, accounting does not understand, even the budget statement, financial statements to date, I do not understand, this is the truth, I did not think this is a shameful . Admit that you don't understand and not shame, don't know how to read and understand is shameful. I haven't bought anything on Taobao until today. I haven't used Alipay because I don't know how to use it. But my ears are up, I am always listening to Alipay in the end or not, because I use more, will defend my products, but I don't have to, you are always worried about yourself, worry that I can't sleep at night, but Only when I can't sleep can the company sleep. We watched "Chinese Partner". This movie is very good, but this movie has a big problem. The male protagonist is crying. In fact, the entrepreneur does not cry, it is to let others cry. So we always believe in the future, believe in young people, believe in others, if I don't believe in others, Alibaba's program can't be written, I don't believe in others, and the market will not be so big today.

Second, we must have the spirit of responsibility. Alipay has a huge controversy today. In fact, when I was preparing to do Alipay and Ali Finance in 2004, I knew that one day I would encounter such troubles, and I also struggled. Later, at the Davos Forum, many politicians and entrepreneurs were talking about what was being done. That is what you think is right and beneficial to social development. If you really believe, you will be brave enough to do it. I remember that after the meeting, I called the company in Davos and said, immediately, now, and immediately, if I have a problem, I am willing to solve it. At the beginning of last year, at the internal meeting of Ali Finance, I told all my colleagues that if we had activation and innovation in China's financial reform, if someone had to pay a price based on this, I would come. I believe that if we really take the hope of perfecting this society, activate finance, serve the industry, and steadily innovate, we must go better and better, because the social system will always become clearer.

In today's society, when there is a lack of idealism and lack of responsibility, idealism is needed more and more needs to be taken. It's not just what you need, not just the needs of society, but because the things that are most lacking in society are the scarcest resources, and what you do not want to do, what you need most, will be accomplished. Some people say that this society is very big. There are tens of millions of transactions in Taobao every day. Thousands of people give their parcels to a person who is completely unknown, and hand it over to a courier who does not know. For another person, this was unimaginable in the past. But today's young people are truly in existence in a different way, expressing their "trust" in a technical way.

Third, I hope that everyone will adhere to positive energy and look at the issue optimistically. I am a person who has made countless mistakes. Ali has at least 100 times in the first 15 years, and all of them have come over. It can be said that if we come again today, we have more people today than we did at that time. Our knowledge and ability today is stronger than that at that time, but we will not be able to walk again. But how did we get out of the year? We insist on optimism. We believe that if you are unsuccessful in this world, someone will succeed. We believe that Alibaba and Taobao can do it. Someone can do it. We believe that some people spend more time studying. These things just look at whether we are lucky enough. So I later gave my motto, to all young people, to my colleague's motto: "Today is cruel, tomorrow is more cruel, the day after tomorrow is very good, but most people die tomorrow night." Today I saw everyone's smile. The most powerful weapon in the world is to solve all the problems with a smile. I always smile, even though my internal injuries are very heavy. Born in a market environment like China, Alibaba is an accident and a necessity, because of the market mechanism, because a group of young people believe in me, we can make such things in the market.

Everyone in the room has experienced countless challenges. I told my colleagues at the company that many people said that they have no chance and we have never won. I said, you won, you won with hundreds of millions of sperm before birth, and you will succeed in this world. When you come to this world, you have gone through a myriad of tests and entered Tsinghua University. You have obtained today's diploma. You have a good start, a good opportunity and a good foundation. But people who don't necessarily have a foundation will win. People who don't necessarily run fast today can still go very fast. The world is like a football. It is round. I have not thought that people from Hangzhou Normal University can be consultants of the School of Economics and Management, and thank the Dean of Qian for giving me confidence. So everyone remembers, maybe today you are the best, but not necessarily tomorrow is the best; today you may be the worst, but the society gives you a lot of opportunities, as long as you grasp, as long as you work hard, there will always be opportunities.

Finally, give everyone a suggestion, always believe that your opponent is not on your side, the person on your side is your role model, even if you are particularly annoying. You got the graduation certificate of Tsinghua today, you don't study, you don't study; and that person graduated from Hangzhou Normal University, but he is constantly learning, he is constantly working hard and constantly making progress. I think the great challenge that mankind faces today is that knowledge and education cannot keep up with the development of technology, but this is our opportunity. Where there are complaints, there are opportunities. China's e-commerce has developed so well that it has nothing to do with Alibaba. It is because China's original economic infrastructure is too bad. We believe that this thing we have done has gone for ten years. Today, China's e-commerce surpasses the sum of US e-commerce, not because the United States does not work hard, but because the United States had a good foundation yesterday. The United States does not have Internet finance because the financial environment in the United States is so good that it cannot be inserted at all.
