I think the problem is big. When I was examining e-commerce and the Internet around the world, I found that the countries with the largest game production were the United States, Japan, and South Korea, but their games were exported. No country has developed games as a major cultural industry. I think the game can only be developed in a country where time is worthless. This piece cannot be done. The third is e-commerce. When there is no income, our hearts are very panicked and panic. But in our most difficult times, we received a lot of emails every day. Many companies expressed their gratitude and said that we helped them make money. We always feel that as long as customers make money, we can make money, so we persisted.

There are also employees who help us through the difficult period. I am especially grateful to my colleagues. Up to now, no one program has been compiled by me. No product is designed by me. No advertisement is made by me. No financial budget is what I do, but the company is growing bigger and bigger.

I often say that we want our company to be a blue sky, a down-to-earth earth and a transparent air. I hope that our employees will join the company and never worry about the tax bureau to check the accounts. Some people say that my company is a mad company, I admit. They say that 99% of companies in China are not like you. I think we are willing to do 1% because the successful people are 1%.

Ma Yun: I am the gatekeeper of Alibaba's mission and values. Corporate culture is never created by a few magazines and wall newspapers. I never believe that the opportunity to start a business in the times has passed. People like me can succeed, and 80% of people in China can succeed.
