I learned to skate

On a sunny afternoon, I went to the square with my dad. I saw many children skating, my heart tickles, and I want to learn to skate, but I am afraid that I can't slip well and be laughed at by others. So, I didn't tell my father. One day, I couldn't help but say to my father: "Dad, I want to learn to skate." When Dad said nothing, he bought me a pair of skates. After buying the shoes, Dad immediately took me to the square to learn to skate.

When I arrived at the square, I put on skates three times and five times, but I fell off after I had not stood still. I couldn't help but be downcast, but I looked up and saw other children sliding fast, some like dancing, some sliding like an arrow, I looked at it and said silently: "Perseverance is victory!" I grabbed the pole next to me and walked a small step, for fear of wrestling. After a while, I felt that I could stand up and loosen my hand. After a while, my body lost its balance and only listened to the sound of '砰', and I fell to the ground. I touched the place where I fell, I was trying to retreat, but I thought again: Persistence is victory! I want to insist! It must be victorious! Dad shouted loudly in the distance. "You can't be eager to learn to skate. It's important to stick to it. Have perseverance, don't be afraid of hardship." I listened and memorized this sentence in my heart.

Later, Dad taught me the correct way to practice, I practiced repeatedly, I don't know how much I fell, and finally I learned to skate.

I learned another skill - skating.
