My reading story

Gorky once said: "Books are the ladder of human progress." I need to study more to progress, so I like to read books. Since I like reading very much, I have some stories about my reading.
Once, I read the book very late. My mother came in and said, "Don't watch, I still have to go to school tomorrow!" I said, "Look at it for a while, then for a while." Mom said loudly: "No!" I looked around and there were no other people. I once again turned my pleading eyes to my mother. My mother looked at me with a severe gaze. I was defeated by my mother's stern eyes and had to turn off the lights and sleep. When my mother came out of my room, I got up again, crept up to the table, picked up the book and the mobile phone, and went back to the bed with a grin, hid in the quilt, took the mobile phone as a flashlight, and I was complacent while watching. I thought: I am so smart!

I saw a snippet: A teacher said, "Good classmates," a naughty student said "the head is good." I saw this and laughed hahaha. Suddenly, my quilt was taken away. I looked up and my mother was watching me with contempt. I was beaten out by my mother. After a while, I went back to bed and turned off the lights. I picked up the mobile phone and held the book and looked up. It was really "easy to change, and the nature is difficult to move."
