Afforestation proposal

Spring back to the earth, Vientiane updated. On the occasion of the afforestation in the spring, all the members of the *Afforestation Committee advocated the Communist Party members of the county to actively take the lead in the land greening, and set off a new upsurge of planting trees and beautifying their homes.
Human beings were born in the forest, and greening gave birth to civilization. To survive and develop, mankind must spare no effort to carry out ecological construction. This is the consensus of the international community today, and it is our unshirkable responsibility. Over the past 50 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, especially in recent years, I have achieved remarkable results in afforestation. However, we should be soberly aware that my forest coverage rate is only 13.2%, and the total amount of resources is seriously insufficient. There is still a big gap between the requirements for building a socialist harmonious society.
Under the new era of efforts to build a harmonious society at the current full level, and under the new situation of carrying out educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members throughout the party, we have issued an initiative to the majority of party members:
1. Respond to the great call of General Secretary Hu Jin to build a harmonious society, and enhance the sense of responsibility, mission and urgency of doing a good job in national greening.
2. Actively participate in the greening construction cause, consciously fulfill the citizen's obligation to plant trees, and contribute to the greening.
3. Combine the advanced nature education activities, actively build the "communist Lin" and "commemorate the forest of the Communist Party members' advanced education activities", and practice and establish a typical model.
4. Care for and protect green life, protect the greening achievements around us, and carry out civilized activities of “planting green, protecting green, loving green, and prospering green”, and strive to be a green civilization messenger, so that the sky is bluer and the water is clearer.
