One year spent similar, each year is different. Our alma mater has gone through thirty-two storms in the history of the Republic, and sent away a group of outstanding students. It used to be the place where our dreams began, and the cradle that fostered our growth. Here we have written a brand new chapter in life, laid the foundation of our career, and formed a sincere friendship, leaving memorable memories of youth.

In the grape cloister, the glory of the glory, the French paulownia is soaring; when the youth is young and the wind is shining, the auditorium stage is youthful. From here, more than 30,000 college students have graduated. They spread throughout the motherland, struggled with their youth and enthusiasm on various routes, with their own knowledge to repay the cultivation of the motherland, and use their own actions to give back to their alma mater to train them. Under the hard work of the teachers and students of the whole school, in the enthusiastic support of the alumni, today's alma mater is rooted in deep roots, peach and plum fragrance, and the comprehensive strength and social influence are significantly improved. On January 31, 2019, with the approval of the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, Xuzhou Institute of Construction Technology was officially renamed as “Jiangsu Construction Vocational and Technical College”. On May 8, the school will hold a grand opening ceremony. At that time, the alma mater warmly welcomes your participation!

In order to make a permanent memorial to the school's name change event, the school will design and install a traditional Chinese cultural symbol “Ding” that integrates Xuzhou regional culture and school history and culture on the north side of the first teaching building, and forms a second campus with the same style as the existing Confucius statue. Cultural attractions, and take the opportunity to further optimize the surrounding environment and enhance the level of school culture.
