Dear students,

Third, consciously develop a good diet, health habits, pay attention to scientific meals, reasonable diet. Insist on cutting nails, washing hands frequently, changing clothes frequently, taking a bath, not drinking raw water, not eating snacks, not picking eclipses, not overeating, not eating rotten food, not eating or eating cold, cold salad food.

Fourth, wash supplies, food and beverage equipment should be dedicated to others, should not be shared with others, especially students living in school should bring their own tableware, self-washing tableware. This saves money and is safe and clean.

5. Constantly enhance self-protection awareness and safety awareness. When purchasing food, pay attention to the manufacturer, production date and retention period, do not buy all kinds of foods, do not buy the inferior foods sold on the stalls and the commissary, not in the poor food stalls. Eat with a small restaurant to prevent illness from entering the mouth.
