Library Civilization Convention Initiative

Library Civilization Convention Initiative

Fellow students:

The library is a place where many people read and study, and it is rare to have such a quiet place in the hustle and bustle of the city to purify the soul, replenish energy and enhance oneself. However, there are many uncivilized behaviors taking place here.

A quiet, hygienic, comfortable and harmonious environment depends on everyone to create and maintain. In order to better create a good learning environment, the library sends out initiatives to the majority of students:

First, take care of each other and jointly ensure indoor quietness, which is conducive to harmonious coexistence among students.

Second, mutual respect, and jointly maintain indoor hygiene, which is good for you and me.

Third, keep your valuables, so that you can ensure a good learning mood.

Tips: Please take good care of your wallet, mobile phone, laptop and other valuables. When you leave your seat, please carry your valuables with you or hand it over to an acquaintance. At the end of the self-study, check if your items are in good condition. Please take them away. Your own garbage.

Xunzi said: "There is no accumulation of steps, no more than a thousand miles. No accumulation of small streams, no rivers." That is to say, the accumulation of "small" quantity will lead to the transformation of "big" quality. To this end, we sincerely recommend that students start small things from the side, and integrate the consciousness of civilization into all aspects of learning and life. "Do not be evil, but don't be good or small." Developing good behavior habits will be very helpful for your study, life and future society.

At the same time, we also hope that the students will take away the knowledge from the library, leaving the grace, elegance, conscience, morality, and compassion for others. In order to create a civilized learning environment, the library will actively adopt the valuable opinions and suggestions of the students and further strengthen the supervision mechanism.
