Engineering survey and design is the forerunner of engineering construction. To do a good job in survey and design work, we must adhere to a comprehensive scientific development concept, adhere to the principle of people-oriented, and adhere to the principle of honest service.

Integrity is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and one of the cornerstones of human culture. Being honest and trustworthy, as a traditional Chinese culture has always been recognized and observed by society. As a survey and design industry that serves the society with technology and knowledge, science and integrity are the foundation of the industry. We are committed to creating design products, and we are looking forward to a fair market environment. However, at present, when the country builds a socialist market economy system and the social system transitions, we are facing a crisis of lack of integrity.

Failure to talk about integrity not only leads to a lower level of survey and design industry, but also increases construction costs, and directly jeopardizes the establishment of market order and our survival and development. The lack of integrity has become a key issue affecting the development of the industry and the survival of the unit.

To this end, our seven survey and design units jointly issued an initiative to the city's survey and design units:

1. Comply with all relevant engineering construction regulations, as well as investment, construction, safety, environmental and other relevant regulations, and provide advanced, economical, applicable, safe and reliable survey and design materials and results files.

Second, respect the objective laws, ensure the accuracy of survey and design data, refuse to use false data, carefully survey, carefully designed to ensure the quality and safety of survey and design.

Third, comply with the rules of market competition and operation formulated by the state and industry, fulfill the contract, abide by the commitments, and strive to create a fair competitive market environment.

Fourth, respect intellectual property rights, protect technology patents, respect inter-departmental labor, and promote mutual learning. In learning and communication, we will learn from each other's strengths and continue to push the overall level of the industry to a new high in fair competition.

5. Conscientiously abide by professional ethics and regulations, and make appointments to establish a new trend of modern corporate culture and spiritual civilization.

We can't force others to move forward, but we advocate starting with me, starting with the industry, and starting now.

"Promises must be kept and action must be resolute". We advocate every member of the City Survey and Design Association. Every practitioner must regard integrity as the norm of our behavior and become an advocate, propagator, practitioner and defender of integrity.
