Campus charity sale proposal

Fellow students:

In order to help our school's first class, Li Yuanjing, get better treatment, so that she can recover soon and return to school. Our school committee and student union advocated that the whole school students hold a "love charity sale" for Li Yuanjing. I hope that all of you will be enthusiastic and active, and do your best to raise more treatment costs for Li Yuanjing.

The specific arrangements for the event are as follows:

Activity object: all students

Activity content: In the class, the individual voluntarily presupposes to collect various books, reference materials, review materials or other school supplies, and does not advocate spending money to buy new school supplies.

Activity time: June 11th - 15th, 5:15pm - 6:15

Venue: Open space in front of the school hall

Form of activity: Each class sends 2 to 4 students to set up a booth at the place specified by the Youth League Committee, and hand over the cash proceeds from the daily charity sale to the charity box set up by the Youth League Committee.

Note:

1. The Youth League Committee and the Student Union will set up booths independently. At that time, the staff of each class will listen to the unified arrangement of the Youth League Committee or the Student Union cadres;

2. Because the students in the third grade are going to enter the senior high school entrance examination, the event will not be organized. If some students want to participate in the activity, they can hand over the donated goods to the squad leader. After the squad leader collects it, he will hand it over to the Youth League Committee. Amortized for sale;

3. Make a simple poster or promotional slogan with the class name in front of the booth;

4, the tables and chairs of the stalls are self-care, generally based on two tables, such as the sale of more items, you can add tables and chairs.

5, because the charity sale time has been arranged after the college entrance examination, so please high school students can return to the school to participate actively, do their best to give their little sister a love!
