Paid tutoring not only undermines the personality image of teachers, but also has a negative impact on the healthy growth of students. My students are looking for "family education", and my responsibility has not been fulfilled!

Second, seriously study the theory of education and teaching, improve the teaching methods of education, carefully prepare lessons, carefully lecture, comprehensively improve the quality of classroom education, and try to solve the problems of students in the classroom. At the same time, make full use of spare time, actively carry out continuing education, expand knowledge accumulation, and actively adapt to the needs of modern education development.

Third, try to use the time and work in the class as much as possible, and volunteerly provide counseling and help for students who need to make up for the difference, pay more responsibility, talk less about gains and losses, and set an example for students with their own image.

Fourth, consciously resist all forms of paid tutoring and remedial fees, etc., in violation of the morality of teachers, and make positive efforts to form a good education.
