Our library will register all the donated books received, and the donated books will be used as library collections to provide readers with lending services. In order to facilitate the readers to donate books and periodicals to the library, the special library has accepted the provisions of the readers to donate books and periodicals:

First, type:

Effective materials such as books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, academic reports, and masterpieces.

Second, the content requirements:

Suitable for university-level reading, legal publications in compliance with copyright law; if you donate academic journals, you must have a coherent period, and please inform the title and age in advance, and the library will check whether it has been collected and avoid duplication.

Third, the mode and time of donation:

1. Donate a small amount of books and periodicals: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00-9:00, donors are requested to send the books and materials to Room 411.

2. Donate a large number of books and periodicals: work every day from Monday to Friday. For library assistance, please contact the office of the library, Tel: 7046504.

Fourth, donation books and magazines processing methods:

1. The Library has the right to decide on the location of the collection of books and materials, as well as the methods of display, elimination or transfer.

2. The same book and magazine materials, the number of copies in Tibet is limited to five volumes. The donated materials, such as the library's existing collections, will be transferred to other teachers and students or other museum collections.

1. The library will open a donation book and material inquiry column on the website of the museum. Readers can check the details of the donated books and periodicals.

2. The materials and materials you donate, those who are suitable for the collection of the museum, mark the name of the donor on the page, and stamp the “donation” seal made by the library.

3. The library will provide a donation certificate to the donor.

4. The library will change the reader type of the donor according to the actual needs of the donor, and increase the number of books borrowed by the donor.
