Letter of thanks after the donation of donations

Dear volunteers:

From November 3rd to 4th, 2019, during this special two-day period, all the teachers and students of Quandongsoft saw the enthusiasm of our volunteers, the responsibility of volunteers, and the love of volunteers. It was our volunteer's selfless dedication and enthusiasm, which made this event a complete success. This event really showed the outstanding quality of Neusoft volunteers, and it also confirmed that 50 and 100 children were able to get it. They want to read the books, get the clothes that make them warm, and perhaps use our books to change the fate of many migrant workers and adults.
Here, the Neusoft Youth Volunteer Service Team represents all the players, on behalf of those children, adults, and thank you for your serious, responsible and caring performance in these two days. You have spent a little bit of sweat, you spent studying. The time of entertainment to do volunteer activities, your actions prove that Neusoft has love! Neusoft has great love! thank you all! The performance of volunteers participating in the event is the greatest relief to all members of the Neusoft Youth Volunteer Service Team and a model for learning!
Every time we hold volunteer service activities, we feel that the form of the thank you letter is not enough to express our gratitude to all volunteers participating in the event. Therefore, the Neusoft Youth Volunteer Service Team has always had a commendation system, which is used for further thanks and Prove the love of all participating volunteers!
1. Volunteers need to record the service duration each time they participate in volunteer service. When the team leader uploads the time to the q group, please take a closer look at your service duration. If there is any defect, please report the situation to the team leader. Because when each volunteer is 10 hours long in a year of volunteer service, we will help Neusoft volunteers apply for the official volunteer status of Nanhai District, Foshan City. This is a demonstration of volunteers' actions and also for me. Volunteers have an advantage in future employment.
2. When the volunteers are volunteering for 100 hours in a year, the team will apply for the title of Star Volunteer in Nanhai District, Foshan City. This is the biggest reward for the national volunteers and a national reward recognized by the whole country! It will also have great advantages for future volunteers working in state-owned enterprises and civil servants.
3. We will also hold a volunteer oath and commendation meeting at the end of each semester to recognize outstanding volunteers, affirm your volunteer service, affirm your behavior, and affirm your love!
Here, the Neusoft Youth Volunteer Service Team assured the volunteers that the team will donate all the books, stationery and clothes donated by the teachers and students of the whole school to the people in need!
