I. Selection and identification

Selection criteria

Article 20 The school supports key teachers to carry out educational teaching experiments and educational scientific research, actively promote and popularize the education and teaching experience, scientific research achievements and advanced deeds of key teachers, and encourage key teachers to write books and make more achievements.

Article 21 During the period of service, the backbone teachers are entitled to a monthly allowance of 200 yuan; they are given priority to participate in high-level training, participate in high-level academic exchange activities, and prioritize the funds for scientific research projects they preside over.

Third, management and assessment
