Second, the overall goal

In order to create a "five good" grassroots party organization as the main line, to implement the important thinking of the "three represents" and the spirit of the party's 17th National Congress as the main content, strengthen internal construction, party member goal management as the basic operational mechanism, and democratic appraisal The Party branch and the democratic appraisal party members are the basic system. With the overall goal of achieving the "five good" requirements, we will continue to work hard to form a new task of serving education and teaching as the central task.

Third, the event arrangement

This creation activity is conducted in three phases.

The first stage: from March 1st to March 30th, for the promotion and organization of the learning phase. The school party branch created a plan according to the requirements of the municipal party committee, used the weekly political study time, widely publicized the significance of the creation activities and the school creation ideas, and implemented them in accordance with the “five good” standards.

The second stage: April 1st - May 30th, is the self-inspection declaration stage. The school carefully organizes self-examination according to the activity plan, and strives to complete various indicators in accordance with the “Basic Party Organization “Five Good” to create a responsibility system assessment and scoring rules”.

The third stage: June 1st - July 30th, accepting the assessment stage. Constantly sum up experience and strive for new breakthroughs.

Fourth, the content of the event

1. Build a good leadership team. The party branch secretary has strong party spirit, good style, ability, and high prestige, and can play a leading role in the model; the party branch members have clear division of labor, unity and cooperation, and actively support the work of the secretary.

2. Strictly adhere to the principle of democratic centralism. Implement the principle that the minority obeys the majority, the individual obeys the organization, the subordinate obeys the superior, and the collective research determines the major issues.

3. Standardize organizational life. Adhere to the "three sessions and one lesson" system and make good minutes of the meeting. The school party branch must adhere to political study every two weeks, hold a party branch every month, and arrange party classes every six months.

4. Strict internal party supervision. In accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on Inner-Party Supervision of the Communist Party of China", we must earnestly supervise each other between the party branch secretary and the branch committee members and all party members.

5. Strengthen ideological and political work. The school party branch should conscientiously grasp the students' moral education work and the ideological and political work of the faculty and staff. They should always talk with the party members and the people, help all teachers and students to understand the situation and strengthen their confidence.

6. Care for the lives of teachers and students. The school party branch should take the initiative to help the teachers and students of the whole school to solve the difficulties and problems in life, study and work, organize the activities of party members, and carry out the collective activities and social welfare activities organized by the party.

7. Standardize the management of party fees and collect party fees on time.

8. Develop party members in strict accordance with regulations. Adhere to the development of the "16" policy of party members and focus on the development of party members among young faculty and staff.
