Introduction letter format


The introduction letter generally has to write the following:
1 Address: The title of the contact unit or individual is written at the top;
2 Text: Another line, empty two squares to write the contents of the introduction letter, including the name, age, position, political appearance of the letter, the matters to be contacted and the hopes and demands of the other party;
3 Ending: Write a respectful word such as “Today's salute”;
4 signature: signing unit name, date
