Engraved letter

The official documents of the party and government organs and institutions are required to produce the following documents:

1. Introduction letter from the superior unit

2. Copy of the manager's ID card and ID card

If the enterprise unit engraves the administrative seal, the special seal for economic contract, the special seal for finance, the special seal for invoice and the name of the enterprise change, the following documents shall be presented:

1. A copy of the original business license and a copy of the business license

2. A copy of the original tax registration certificate

3. Copy of the ID card and ID card of the manager

4. In addition to the above procedures, foreign enterprise units shall engrave the above-mentioned official seals, and they shall have a letter or letter of introduction from the local county-level public security organ.

Documents required for social organizations and private non-enterprise units to engrave official seals:

1. A letter of introduction from the official seal issued by the registration authority

2. Registration certificate

3. The ID card and copy of the manager

If the seal is missing and needs to be re-encoded, in addition to the corresponding type of official seal engraving certificate, there must be a statement published in the official newspaper.
