Instructions for the letter of introduction of the party member organization relationship
According to the regulations of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee Organization Department of the Provincial Higher Education Institutions, the Party Committee of the Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, the Political Department of the Yellow Committee, and the Political Department of the Army can transfer the relationship between the party members and the organizations of the Party Committees at or above the county level. When a university transfers the relationship between party members and organizations outside the province, it must be handled by the Henan Provincial Party Committee Working Committee. The requirements and classifications for filling in the letter of introduction of the party member organization relationship are listed below:
1. Transfer to the introduction letter outside the province to: the CCP's Henan Provincial Party Committee Working Committee. example:
Peking University---Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the working group of the colleges and universities in Hubei Province - the CPC Henan Provincial Committee
2. Transfer to the provincial management college introduction letter to the “Organization Department of the Party Committee of a certain university”. example:
Zhengzhou University --- Zhengzhou University Party Committee Organization Department Henan Normal University - Henan Normal University Party Committee Organization Department
3. Transfer to the Henan Provincial Direct Unit to introduce the letter to: Organization Department of the CPC Direct Industry Committee of Henan Province. example:
