Part 1: Handling the retirement introduction letter

Chapter three:

First, the processing time: the first day of the month to the end of the month on the double day, every Monday to Thursday all day, Friday morning.
Second, retirement conditions:
1. Normal retirement:
Male, 60 years of age or older; female, who participated in the basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees before January 1, 1996, at the age of 50, and participated in the basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees on January 1, 1996 and thereafter, ignoring the same period of payment, 55 years of age or older.
2. Retirement for special types of work: in accordance with the retirement period for special types of work, males over 55 years of age and older, women over 45 years of age and above.
3. Retirement: Approved by relevant municipal departments and completely lost their ability to work.
Third, apply for retirement letter
Persons transferred outside the district: Anyone who has participated in the endowment insurance outside the nine districts of the main city of the city must transfer the introduction letter of the pension insurance relationship issued by the social security institution in the original insured area.
Fourth, apply for retirement letter
provide information:
1. One original and one copy of the resident ID card; 2. My account; 3. Personnel files; 4. A photo of the registration; 5. Fifth, the procedures:

2. Go to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to apply for retirement approval at the window set up on the third floor of the Office.
3. If the approval of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the district meets the retirement conditions, please bring the retirement approval form and your ID card to the third-floor personal payment window of the third floor to modify the basic information to confirm the payment.
4. Go to the Seven Stars Branch of the Bank of Communications to apply for a debit card for the pension.
5. At the end of the month following the completion of the retirement procedures, you will receive the “Basic Pension Benefit Calculation Form” from the Fund Audit Section of the Social Security Bureau of the 3rd Floor.
Tips:
The pension insurance premium shall be paid in the month when the statutory retirement age is reached. If you voluntarily give up the payment of the current month, you must apply for and sign the confirmation. The basic pension can be calculated in the current month, and the basic pension can be received in the next month. The full deposit should be calculated on the post office pension insurance withholding passbook before the 3rd of the next month. After the receipt of the account on the 8th of the next month, the basic pension can be calculated. Therefore, if the monthly payment is to be paid, the retirement approval formalities must be completed. In the second month afterwards, the basic pension can be received, and the basic pension is reissued according to the time payable.
