Article 14: Dissolution of the contract

This contract may be terminated by mutual agreement between Party A and Party B.

In any of the following circumstances, this contract is terminated, and both parties shall not be liable for breach of contract:

4. The house is only used by Party B. Party B shall not sublet, change the nature of use or use it for illegal purposes.
