Article 5 Transfer of Housing

Article 6 Party A's Commitment Guarantee

Party A guarantees that he has the right to dispose of the transferred house, and there is no legal obstacle to the transfer of the house.

Party A guarantees that the transfer of the property does not involve the rights of the third party. Article 7 Liability for breach of contract.
