The book is an indispensable part of my growth. Knowledge is as precious as human blood. If people lack blood, their bodies will be weak. If people lack knowledge, their brain will be exhausted.

When I was a child, I liked the fairy tale that my mother told me: "Little Red Riding Hood" made me understand that I can't believe what strangers said; "Snow White" made me see the kind-hearted dwarf and the evil-hearted queen. Gradually, I got to know a lot of words and I can go to the bookstore to read. I laughed at the stupid emperor in "The Emperor's New Clothes". I was saddened by the desolate ending of the mermaid. The story in the book made me feel miserable and kind, justice and evil at a young age. Since the beginning of the country, I have often visited Xinhua Bookstore. I like to read fairy tales, stories, and writing instruments. Reading made me taste the sweetness. At the beginning of the fourth grade, I participated in the Today Education Cup Composition Competition and won the first prize and the third prize. My composition is still in the book. Normal teacher also greatly appreciated my composition. Gradually, the little book of fairy tales can't satisfy me. I like the world famous books, what "love of love", "Grelev's Travels", "Water Margin", "Anny of the Green Gable", have become my favorite. The ancients often said: "The book has its own gold house, and the book has its own Yan Ruyu." For me, the teenager who loves reading books, is quite appropriate.

When I am not happy, the book is a good friend who solves my problems for me; when I am alone, the book is my companion; when I am frustrated, the book is a fireworks that ignites self-confidence. Walking into the book, looking for yourself in the book, reading books, is to talk to wise people across time and space. With a fine book, I feel the beauty of my words and find the spiritual food I need.
